Data Analytics Lead Data Scientist, Demand Forecasting at Scout Motors Inc.

Lead Data Scientist builds probabilistic demand forecasting models from limited historical data to power Scout Motors' business planning and inventory decisions.

Senior Posted about 2 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Here at Scout Motors, we’re carrying forward the heritage of one of the most iconic American vehicles in history. A vehicle dating back to 1960. One that forged the path for future generations of rugged SUVs and trucks and will do so once again.

But Scout is more than just a brand, it’s a legacy steeped in a culture of exploration, caretaking, and hard work.

The Scout brand is all about respect. Respect for the past and the future by taking an iconic American brand that hasn’t been around for a while, electrifying it, digitizing it, and loading it with American innovation. Respect for communities by creating a company that stands for its people and its customers. Respect for both work and play, with vehicles that are equally at home at a camp site, a job site, or on a Tuesday commute. And respect for our customers by developing two powertrains that meet their requirements — an all-electric powertrain as well as the Harvester™ range extender powertrain which includes a built-in gas-powered generator with an estimated 500 miles of combined range.

At Scout Motors, we empower our talented, inclusive, and entrepreneurial teams to innovate. What makes a Scout employee? Someone who is a visionary and a leader, who seeks new paths and shares lessons learned. A knowledgeable doer who collaborates across the company to build better. A go-getter with unrivaled passion.

Join us at Scout Motors and be part of shaping the future of transportation. If you’re ready to drive change and make history, apply now!

Role Overview

Scout Motors is building its first enterprise demand forecast - and there’s no sales history to build it on.

As a VW Group–backed EV company in the run-up to launch, Scout has reservations data, an enthusiastic and loyal community, and a product about to enter the market — but not the years of historical sales a demand model usually leans on. That’s the problem this role owns: building a rigorous, probabilistic forecast from the signals that do exist, and growing it into the analytical engine of Scout’s planning system as real demand data arrives.

This is the first dedicated modeling seat in Integrated Business Planning. You’ll develop the demand forecasting model and own the data behind it — then partner with IT and Product Management to productionize it into the digital IBP product Scout is building, so the forecast lives where the business actually plans and decides.

What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Build Scout’s first demand forecasting model — probabilistic rather than point-estimate, forecasting unconstrained demand at the grain the business plans on. Convert reservation backlog with explicit probabilities, phase the timing of that conversion, and layer in organic demand as its own signal.
  • Solve the cold-start problem — stand up a credible forecast before there’s sales history, using reservations, configurator and order data, market analogs, and structured priors — then systematically replace assumptions with data as the market gives it to us.
  • Own the demand data end to end — source, define, and steward the data that feeds the forecast; build the pipelines and the feature/data layer; own data quality and the shared definitions everyone downstream depends on.
  • Partner across the business to get the inputs and outputs right — work with the teams that own the signals feeding the forecast and the teams that consume it, so the model is grounded in real inputs and lands in a format the business can actually use.
  • Make the forecast legible — document methodology and assumptions, quantify uncertainty honestly, and explain the model’s logic clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Finance, Commercial, Production, and Procurement.
  • Productionize with IT and Product — partner with engineering to move the model from notebooks into the IBP digital product (pipelines, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
  • Stand up forecast measurement — back-testing, accuracy tracking, and model monitoring, so the forecast improves on a known cadence as post-launch data accumulates and the model is retrained against reality.
  • Lay the foundation for what’s next — build the data and modeling base that Scout’s future AI/ML planning capabilities will extend.

Location & Travel Expectations:

  • This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
  • This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

What you’ll bring

We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. You’ll be comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll take a collaborative approach to achieve ambitious goals. Here’s what else you’ll bring:

  • 12+ years of applied data science or forecasting, or equivalent experience — you’ve built and shipped statistical or ML models that other people depend on, not just one-off analyses.
  • MS of PhD in a quantitative discipline(statistics, applied math, physics, operations research, economics, or similar), or equivalent applied experience
  • A strong probabilistic and time-series modeling foundation — hierarchical, Bayesian, or other methods suited to granular, sparse, and uncertain demand. You reason in distributions, not just predictions.
  • Fluent in Python and the modern modeling stack, strong SQL, and comfortable owning data end to end — pipelines, quality, and definitions, not just the model that sits on top.
  • Experience forecasting with sparse, new-product, or cold-start data — analogs, priors, judgment-augmented methods — and honest about the limits of each.
  • You’ve put models into production alongside engineering and product; you think about deployment, monitoring, and retraining, not just the notebook.
  • You work fluently with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to build, prototype, and ship faster — and have the judgment to know where they help and where they don’t.
  • You translate technical work for non-technical audiences and can defend a forecast to a skeptical, senior, cross-functional room.
  • A high-ownership mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving, build-it-yourself environment where the data and the priorities are still maturing
  • Nice to have: automotive, manufacturing, or other physical-product demand; demand sensing or hierarchical forecasting; ML Ops; experience embedding models inside a digital product.

What you’ll gain

The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.  This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at its foundation.  In addition, Scout provides competitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Program specifics are detailed in company policies and employee benefit guides, select highlights:

  • Competitive insurance including:
    • Medical, dental, vision and income protection plans
  • 401(k) program with:
    • An employer match and immediate vesting
  • Generous Paid Time Off including:
    • 20 days planned PTO, as accrued
    • 40 hours of unplanned PTO and 14 company or floating holidays, annually
    • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for biological and adoptive parents of all genders
    • Paid leave for circumstances related to bereavement, jury duty, voting time, or military leave

Why This Role Matters

Scout’s entire planning system reconciles demand against supply and this is the seat that builds the demand side of that equation. You’ll own the model and the data from version one, with the rare chance to design them right before launch rather than retrofit them under pressure after. As Integrated Business Planning scales and the planning product matures, the person who built the forecast is positioned to grow into deeper technical and team ownership.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $160,000.00 - $192,500.00

Data Analytics Lead Data Scientist, Demand Forecasting at Scout Motors Inc.

Develop and own Scout Motors' first enterprise demand forecasting model using reservations and market data, then productionize it into the company's integrated business planning system.

Lead Posted about 2 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Data Analytics Director, Revenue Analytics & AI Innovation at Spring Health

Leads a technical team building unified data models and AI transformation strategy for revenue operations, architecting the semantic layer connecting sales, marketing, customer success, and finance data.

Lead Remote Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our mission: e liminating every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We’re building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations and partnering closely with our Systems and Strategy & Operations teams, the Director, Revenue Analytics & AI Transformation will serve as the semantic layer of our AI-native RevOps organization. This role will be responsible for building the unified data models and AI transformation strategy that power decisions from individual contributors to the executive team. This is a full-time, fully remote role leading a small, highly technical team as a hands-on player-coach. NYC is preferred for this role, but we are open to considering remote candidates. Travel is limited, with occasional trips (approximately quarterly) for team and company offsites.

What you’ll do:

  • Architect and own the unified semantic and data layer that underpins Revenue Operations — the single source of truth connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance data.
  • Define and drive the AI transformation strategy for Revenue Operations, identifying where AI and automation can meaningfully improve GTM efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Build and lead a small, highly technical team of data/analytics engineers, operating as a true player-coach who still writes code and ships models personally.
  • Design and maintain core data models, pipelines, and analytics products that deliver actionable insight across the revenue organization — from individual contributors to executives.
  • Partner closely with the Systems and Strategy & Operations teams to ensure data architecture, tooling, and process are tightly aligned across RevOps.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tools and vendors, staying ahead of the fast-moving AI landscape and translating emerging capabilities into practical, high-value use cases.
  • Establish data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices that scale as the organization grows.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and analyses that inform revenue strategy and company-wide reporting.
  • Champion a “build fast, iterate faster” culture — rapidly prototyping and deploying solutions rather than waiting for a long, perfect build cycle.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Revenue leadership on how AI and modern data infrastructure can reshape the future of go-to-market operations.

What success looks like:

  • Reduction in time-to-insight for revenue questions, measured by cycle time from request to delivered analysis.
  • Adoption of unified data models and dashboards across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Number of AI-driven use cases successfully piloted and deployed into production each quarter.
  • Improved forecast accuracy and reporting consistency across the revenue funnel.
  • Percentage of core revenue reporting migrated off manual/spreadsheet-based processes onto the unified data layer.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue/GTM analytics, including experience leading or building technical teams.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in data engineering and analytics engineering (e.g., SQL, dbt, modern data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines).
  • Proven experience designing and owning semantic and data models that serve multiple stakeholders, from analytics and BI to AI use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or AI-enabled transformation within a GTM or Revenue organization.
  • Strong, current knowledge of the AI vendor, tooling, and trends landscape, with the judgment to separate hype from real value.
  • A track record as a “player-coach” — someone who has built and led a small team while remaining deeply hands-on.
  • Experience partnering closely with Revenue/GTM systems and strategy & operations functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work into business impact for individual contributors and executives alike.
  • A scrappy, fast-moving builder mentality — comfortable shipping v1 solutions quickly and iterating.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with B2B2C customers
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or healthtech environment.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling (LLM-based agents, copilots, automation platforms) applied to go-to-market use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake or BigQuery, dbt, Looker or Tableau, and Python
  • Prior experience at a company undergoing significant data infrastructure modernization.

The target base salary range for this position is $196,000 - $247,940 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Data Analytics Senior Remote Sensing Data Scientist at Muon Space

Develops and owns remote sensing data products from infrared imaging missions, designing algorithms for image processing and serving as product owner for customer-facing Earth observation analytics.

Senior Remote Posted about 24 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

Muon Space is building a family of infrared imaging missions designed for global wildfire detection and monitoring, weather and cloud characterization, and space-based environmental monitoring. Muon’s IR Data Products team builds the analytics system that processes the data from our spacecraft’s custom multispectral imaging instruments into data products and analytics for diverse end-user stakeholders from these missions. We are seeking a Remote Sensing Data Scientist to join this team with a focus on Orthomosaic Tile products spanning two of Muon’s core missions.

In the near term, this role will be a key contributor to the development of Orthomosaic Tile products for the FireSat Initial Operating Capability (IOC) constellation — diving deep into real-world data from a brand new system and writing production-ready code that feeds directly into customer-facing services. In parallel, this role will ramp up on Muon’s Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM) program, leading early product design for the SBEM granule product, authoring technical and customer-facing design documentation, and owning the IR Data team’s engagement with SBEM stakeholders. Looking ahead to 2027 and the SBEM launch, this role will serve as the full product owner for the SBEM granule product. This is a high-impact, multi-mission role that sits at the intersection of rigorous Earth observation science and fast-moving product development, and is well-suited for someone who thrives on both deep technical work and cross-functional collaboration.

This position can be performed remotely from an approved location.

Responsibilities

  • Develop imaging products for end-users from Muon’s infrared imaging missions, spanning both the FireSat Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and the Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM) program

Senior Analytics Engineer builds certified data models, semantic layers, and analytics platforms to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Hi, we’re TechnologyAdvice.

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world’s leading sellers of business technology.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 200 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer who views data as a product and trusted business data as a strategic asset. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Revenue, Marketing, Editorial, and other business teams to build the certified data models, semantic layers, and analytics platform that enable confident decision-making across TechnologyAdvice.

As an individual contributor on our distributed team, you’ll independently identify opportunities to improve how data is collected, modeled, validated, documented, and consumed throughout the organization. You’ll own initiatives from discovery and business definition through implementation, testing, documentation, adoption, and ongoing iteration—working directly with stakeholders to establish trusted metrics and eliminate ambiguity in how the business measures success.

We’re rebuilding the foundation of how trusted data is created, governed, and consumed across TechnologyAdvice. Success in this role isn’t measured by the number of dashboards built or SQL queries written. It’s measured by the trust the organization places in its data, the adoption of certified data models, improvements in decision-making, and your ability to independently identify and deliver high-value opportunities that improve how the company operates.

The best candidates are naturally curious, highly autonomous, and enjoy translating ambiguous business problems into scalable, trusted data products. They leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, testing, and analysis while maintaining rigorous standards for data quality, governance, and engineering excellence.

Our goal is simple: every meeting, every dashboard, and every business decision should be powered by the same trusted data.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to help build a modern analytics platform where every meeting can rely on the same trusted metrics, we’d love to talk.

Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Contractor

What you’ll do

  • Own the design, implementation, and evolution of certified data models, semantic layers, and trusted business metrics that become the foundation for reporting and decision-making across TechnologyAdvice.
  • Partner directly with Finance, Revenue, Marketing, Editorial, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to understand business questions, define trusted metric definitions, and translate ambiguity into scalable data solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain analytics models, transformations, and data products using modern analytics engineering practices.
  • Establish and continuously improve data quality through automated testing, validation, monitoring, and observability to ensure business stakeholders can trust the data they use every day.
  • Improve the architecture, organization, and maintainability of our analytics platform, continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize our Business Intelligence ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Software Engineers to improve data ingestion, lineage, orchestration, governance, and platform reliability across the analytics stack.

Experience with Redshift, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Python, OpenMetadata, semantic layers, or metric stores is preferred, but exact technology matches are not required. ABOUT THE ROLE

ALU is working to optimize its tech ecosystem and transition from fragmented data sources to a unified, scalable Business Intelligence platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Data, the Business Intelligence (BI) Lead will be a key contributor to this technical and operational transformation. This is a hands-on, systems-building role focused on execution rather than basic dashboarding. You will directly oversee the end-to-end implementation and daily operational stability of our data warehouse ecosystem and downstream presentation layers.

In this role, you will be the bridge between technical analytics infrastructure and day-to-day organizational operations. Working alongside platform engineers, data specialists, and data owners, you will be responsible for architecting the metrics frameworks, driving data cataloging, and partnering with engineering to define the robust underlying data pipelines necessary to democratize data across ALU. Your ultimate mission is operational: to establish a self-sustaining, self-service data environment that removes technical bottlenecks and empowers teams across the university with independent, reliable, and frictionless access to actionable data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data warehouse architecture and BI delivery: Project manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the data warehouse ecosystem and high-impact, user-friendly dashboard suites (using viz platforms like PowerBI, Apache Superset, AWS Quicksight) tailored for departments across the organization.
  • Data Lineage & Cataloging: Implement and maintain enterprise data catalogs (e.g., Atlan, Collibra, or open-source alternatives) to map data lineage from source systems to the final BI layer, ensuring complete transparency.
  • Metric Standardization: Partner with cross-functional leadership to establish and maintain a centralized catalog of standardized corporate KPIs, ensuring consistent calculations across all institutional reports.
  • Data Governance & Quality Liaison: Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure data models in our data warehouse accurately reflect complex business logic and business definitions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement automated data profiling and testing frameworks to catch upstream ingestion anomalies before they impact downstream BI deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Enablement & Culture: Act as the primary champion for data literacy across ALU. Translate complex analytical concepts for non-technical teams and design “Train-the-Trainer” frameworks to maximize self-service data tool adoption.
  • Responsible Use of AI: Leverage modern AI-assisted workflows to accelerate report generation, automate report documentation, and extract advanced semantic insights from structured data.
  • Other duties as defined by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BI & Analytics Systems Building: Proven track record of architecting and maintaining enterprise-grade data warehouse and analytics environments that drive operational agility and self-service independent data use.
  • Hands-on Data Stack Experience: Practical, hands-on proficiency with cloud data warehousing concepts (AWS Redshift preferred), advanced SQL, and data transformation/modeling frameworks.
  • Advanced Visualization Tooling: Expert-level mastery of visualization platforms (such as PowerBI, Apache Superset, AWS Quicksight) and strong capability in translating unstructured business requests into clean interface wireframes.
  • Operational & Stakeholder Communication: Superior consultative and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams, interrogate ambiguous operational data needs, and translate complex technical architecture into accessible frameworks for non-technical users.
  • Growth & Mission Mindset: Thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced setting; comfortable building robust frameworks within evolving systems rather than static corporate structures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics function, with at least 2 years in a clear team leadership or project ownership role.
  • SaaS Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience building BI layers directly on top of enterprise applications like Salesforce CRM/SIS, Oracle NetSuite ERP, and Canvas LMS is highly desirable.
  • Localization Expertise: Familiarity with global and regional data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR or local Rwandan/Mauritian data protection laws) is a significant advantage.

V2 Strategic Advisors is where velocity meets voltage - a boutique management and technology consulting firm that has spent 20+ years transforming media and advertising sales organizations. We’re the firm that global and high-growth organizations call when they need more than a strategy deck - they need results.

Our edge? We offer a rare blend of management consulting, data, analytics, AI, and systems integration - all under one roof, powered by best-in-class platforms including Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, HubSpot, and leading AI platforms like Claude and Gemini. We understand the nuances of our clients’ most complex challenges and deliver solutions that move the needle.

We’re a lean, elite team of consultants, technical architects, and data experts who operate with the rigor of global management consulting and systems integration consultancies and the energy and agility of a startup. We approach every day with a sense of purpose to deliver with excellence, grow our capabilities, and find fulfillment in what we do. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading.

The Opportunity

V2’s data and analytics practice is growing, and we’re looking for a well-rounded, platform-diverse technical consultant to help us accelerate that growth. In this role, you’ll be cross-functionally aligned to multiple client engagements, leading and supporting the full delivery lifecycle from technical discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

You’ll partner closely with Delivery leadership to drive internal and external conversations, build consensus around technical designs, translate business requirements into scalable data architectures, and present recommendations directly to V2 clients. This is a client-facing role that demands both engineering depth and the communication skills to make complex ideas land with senior stakeholders.

You bring strong opinions about how data should be structured, moved, and activated, and you know how to build solutions that serve real business outcomes. You thrive at the intersection of data engineering, advanced analytics, and applied AI, and you’re energized by fast-paced, high-expectations consulting environments. If you want to build something that matters with people who operate at a high standard, keep reading.

What you’ll focus on

Data engineering & pipeline development

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and ingestion frameworks across client environments using Python and SQL.

  • Architect and implement data solutions on Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakeflow, and integrate with enterprise data warehousing platforms.

  • Drive best practices for data modeling, pipeline reliability, performance tuning, and cost governance across engagements.

  • Support data migration, integration, and platform modernization workstreams for media and advertising sales clients.

Analytics & business intelligence

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data and reporting requirements into reliable, performant analytics solutions.

  • Design data models that serve both operational reporting and strategic analytics use cases across prospect-to-cash workflows.

  • Support BI tool integration and dashboard development, connecting data platforms to tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Apply process mapping, measurement strategy, and analytical frameworks to identify optimization opportunities and deliver insight to clients.

AI integration & applied intelligence

  • Advise clients on AI strategy and help identify where applied intelligence, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agents, can deliver meaningful business value.

  • Build and support production AI solutions using platforms including Databricks Mosaic AI, Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs.

  • Stay current on emerging AI and ML capabilities and bring those patterns to client engagements and internal practice development proactively.

  • Apply machine learning concepts to analytics workstreams where engagements call for it.

What you bring

Engineering depth. 5+ years of hands-on Python and SQL experience in production data engineering or analytics environments. You’ve built pipelines, governed data platforms, and shipped work that runs reliably at scale.

Platform fluency. Demonstrated experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Google data warehousing platforms.  You don’t need to be an expert in every tool, but you need to be genuinely strong in your stack and fast to ramp on adjacent platforms.

AI and ML literacy. Hands-on experience working with AI tooling, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar, and a working understanding of machine learning concepts. Experience building or integrating LLM-powered solutions is a meaningful differentiator.

Consulting instincts. 5+ years of consulting or technical delivery experience. You understand how engagements work, you can scope and structure a workstream, and you know how to build trust with senior client stakeholders under pressure.

Industry context. Meaningful exposure to media, advertising sales, or adjacent industries. You understand the commercial dynamics, the way these organizations sell, operate, and measure performance, and you bring that context into your technical recommendations.

Communication that lands. Strong facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills. You can lead a technical architecture discussion in the morning and present findings to a C-suite audience in the afternoon.

Broad platform awareness. Familiarity with enterprise CRM, middle-office cloud platforms, and adjacent data technologies is a plus. Exposure to Salesforce or advertising technology platforms is welcome but not required.

Cultural alignment. You operate with speed and agility, thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You hold yourself to a high standard — and you raise the bar for the people around you.

Why V2?

Because you won’t find another firm doing exactly what we do, and you won’t find another role like this one. You’ll be close to the action, building something real, with people who care deeply about doing exceptional work. V2 was built on the idea that consulting could be done better. We’re still proving it every day.

If you’re ready to bring the voltage, we want to hear from you.
