What Youâll Do
Feature and bug fix testing on both web and mobile
Automated test case writing within Reflect.run
Test plan development in collaboration with a cross-section of engineers
Managing project ticketing workflow within Jira digesting stories and issues, prioritizing, and communicating severity
Executing and managing automated tests
Using TestFlight and Play Store for mobile testing
Partnering with product/customer support to help triage and prioritize issues
Shepherd releases, coordinating readiness across teams
Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools and technologies in mobile application testing
What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, youâre passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. In this role, you will need:
5+ years of QA engineering experience, including hands-on feature and regression testing across web and mobile platforms, automated test development, and active participation in Agile release cycles from test planning through production deployment
Able to work independently and be flexible with changing priorities and simultaneous projects; successful in an Agile development cycle
Strong cross-functional collaborator, with a track record of partnering with engineering, product, UX, and customer support teams to define test plans, triage and prioritize issues, and coordinate release readiness across stakeholders
Experience in certifying and driving consistent releases and delivering within short release cycles
Strong analytical skills, detailed and process-oriented; ability to clearly define test cases and document corner cases and dependencies others would not think of
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with developers, UX, product owners, and stakeholders
An informed perspective of the value of different levels of tests
Expert knowledge of project, code and test management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Githubx
Comfortable debugging web and mobile application failures, triaging tickets with internal stakeholders and communicating these failures upstream
Experience working with product/customer support tickets
Experience testing a healthcare product required, EHR product experience preferred
What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)
The role offers a base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 in addition to annual bonus, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
