At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to own paid advertising strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
This is not a campaign monitoring role.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to drive measurable business growth through continuous testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
Manage:
Monitor budgets, campaign pacing, and daily performance.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
Build and optimize campaigns across:
Manage campaigns focused on:

Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, imagery, video assets, and overall creative performance.
Work with landing page platforms such as:
Conduct A/B testing on:
Continuously improve landing page conversion rates through testing and optimization.
Build weekly and monthly performance reports.
Monitor:
Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and performance issues early.
Present actionable recommendations backed by campaign data.
3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
Proven experience managing:
Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
