At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and help maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on outbound role focused on engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and turning conversations into sales-ready appointments.
You’ll connect with potential customers through:
Your goal is simple: start conversations, identify qualified prospects, and consistently book meetings that sales representatives can convert into opportunities.
If you’re confident speaking with prospects, comfortable with outbound outreach, organized with follow-ups, and motivated by measurable targets, this role is a strong fit.
Qualify prospects based on factors such as:
Ask effective discovery questions to determine whether a prospect is a good fit before placing them on a sales representative’s calendar.

1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, inside sales, lead generation, or another customer-facing sales role
Experience with outbound phone and email communication
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Confidence speaking with prospects and handling basic objections
Ability to qualify interest before booking appointments
Experience working with CRM systems such as:
