We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of CAIS in his dual role as both CEO of CAIS and Chairman of an external organization (Museum/Nonprofit), including associated board responsibilities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this individual will work closely alongside another Executive Assistant to provide coordinated, seamless support to the Founder/CEO. This is a mission-critical, highly visible role requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, brings elite attention to detail, and operates as a true extension of the executive. This role is predominantly Executive Assistant–focused, with limited personal assistant responsibilities, and demands a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and trust. This position requires a high level of responsiveness and availability aligned with the CEO’s schedule and is best suited for someone energized by an always-on executive environment.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
