Create educational content about AI observability and evaluation through blogs, videos, webinars, and courses to teach engineers best practices.

AI is rapidly transforming the world. Whether itâs developing the next generation of human-level intelligence, enhancing voice assistants, or enabling researchers to analyze genetic markers at scale, AI is increasingly integrated into various aspects of our daily lives.
Arize AI is the leading AI observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to build and deploy high-performing, reliable models. As the AI landscape shifts from traditional ML to generative AI and agentic systems, Arize ensures teams have the tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI in production.
Our developer relations teamâs mission is to provide the best possible developer experience for our flagship products, Arize AX and Arize Phoenix. This role owns the teaching half of that mission. Evaluating and observing AI applications is a genuinely hard skill that most engineers are learning on the job, and our job is to teach it: on our blog and other peopleâs blogs, on our YouTube channel, in webinars, in courses, and in person at conferences as talks and hands-on workshops. The same material then gets adapted for our social channels where it makes sense.
The field of AI moves so quickly that a tutorial written six months ago is often wrong, so the content has to be built to be updated rather than shipped and forgotten. Also, a lot of your students now arrive with a coding agent already open, which changes what a good explanation looks like, what needs to be taught and what can be handled by agents. Those two challenges are exciting and central to this role.
We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build pipelines that get you from one piece of source material to a blog post, a video, a webinar and a week of social content. Strong writing, speaking and teaching skills are of course required, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your reach.

Our developer relations teamâs mission is to provide the best possible developer experience for our flagship products, Arize AX and Arize Phoenix. This role owns the documentation half of that mission: keeping our own docs accurate as the products change, expanding our guides and cookbooks so a developer can get from first read to working code without asking anyone for help, and making sure Arize is documented correctly in other peopleâs material too, from integration partners to online courses.
Documentation now has two audiences reading it simultaneously: developers, and the coding agents working on their behalf. The same page has to be skimmable by a human and unambiguous to an agent that will act on it, and nobody in the industry has settled on how to do both well. Thatâs an exciting problem and it will be central to this role.
We are not looking for someone to hand-edit pages forever. We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build systems that spot stale content, catch drift between the code and the docs, draft updates for review, and check that our examples still run. Good writing and editing skills are of course required for this role, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your skill.

About Us
At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the worldâs largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazineâs Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the Worldâs Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, weâre not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; weâre looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a ânormalizedâ problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If youâre the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, youâll fit right in.
Available Locations: Austin, TX (Preferred), San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY
Developer GTM is a cross-functional, fast growing team within Cloudflare. We are builders, storytellers, and connectors united by one goal: to make Cloudflare the most exciting place for developers to build.
As the Principal Content Engineer, you are the content engine for that growth. Youâll translate product reality and industry trends into content that developers actually find, read, build from, and come back to. Youâll personally write and build the flagship pieces, including deep tutorials, runnable sample apps, reference architectures, and narratives that make Cloudflare the obvious place to build. Youâll set the architecture, standards, and tooling that let the whole GTM team produce at quality at scale.
Underpinning all of this is a bigger bet: the way people learn is changing dramatically as the Internet and the web evolve. Search is becoming conversational, AI agents consume content directly, and the static tutorial is no longer the end of the learning journey. We believe the learning platform itself has to be reinvented from first principles, not incrementally improved. This role will help shape the next-generation learning platform, both internally (how Cloudflareâs own teams learn and ship) and externally (how developers around the world learn to build on our network).
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You are part principal-grade writer, part engineer, part systems builder. You own the engine, and you also drive the bus.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflareâs equity plan.
Benefits
Cloudflare offers a complete package of benefits and programs to support you and your family. Our benefits programs can help you pay health care expenses, support caregiving, build capital for the future and make life a little easier and fun! The below is a description of our benefits for employees in the United States, and benefits may vary for employees based outside the U.S.

Who You Are
đ You bring 3+ years of experience creating content for social media and directing or coaching other creators

This is a launchpad role at a company that loves to promote from within.
Develops creator-led content strategy, writes briefs, directs creators, and prototypes UGC/self-tape content while analyzing performance data to optimize execution across DTC brand portfolios.
Role: Creator Lead
Location: Los Angeles Arts District, hybrid 2-3 days in office
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90-110K base + Performance-Based Bonus
The Role
Weâre looking for a Creator Lead to own the strategy and drive the execution of creator-led content (UGC, self-tapes, creator edits) within a portfolio of brands.
This is a creative strategy role that analyzes performance data and turns those insights into creator-led execution: prototyping new creative approaches by filming yourself, writing briefs that scale, identifying and coaching creators to deliver, and managing the pipeline that turns one strategic idea into dozens of pieces of content.
Youâre not just strategizing, youâre embedded in the creative process: making content, giving notes, and raising the bar for what creator-led work looks like at TubeScience.
What Youâll Do
đ§ Own the creator strategy for your brands - developing winning angles and messaging frameworks by analyzing proprietary performance data along with conducting consumer, product, and competitor research
âď¸Translate your strategic insights into repeatable creator briefs with clear, actionable direction that creators can run with: connecting performance metrics and brand goals to what actually gets shot
đŻÂ Own the execution pipeline for all UGC, self-tapes, and creator edits within your portfolio of 5-10 DTC brands, spanning categories like beauty, wellness, food & beverage, pet, apps, and more
đŹ Prototype new creative approaches on camera â shooting proofs of concept yourself to validate ideas before scaling them through the network
đ Use performance data to guide what you and your team shoot next, iterating quickly on whatâs working and killing what isnât
⥠Drive execution with speed and autonomy, rapidly turning around concepts, testing at volume, and iterating based on real-time performance
