Growth Consulting Analyst

The Growth Consulting Analyst will contribute to client work for the Growth Consulting team. The goal of our team is to help our clients improve their business by delivering custom project work that addresses strategic questions of across sales, marketing, and innovation.

This individual will be responsible for delivering client work independently, as well as partnering with other Growth Consulting team members to contribute to their work product and client deliverables. This individual will conduct data analysis primarily using point-of-sale data but will also be responsible for integrating data from other sources, such as consumer panel, survey, and analytical models such as price elasticity and marketing mix, when applicable. The individual will also be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations used to summarize the analysis and make recommendations to our clients. This role will collaborate closely with multiple other members of the Growth Consulting team.

The Analyst must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and collaborate efficiently to leverage resources within the Growth Consulting team and the broader SPINS organization. Experience using syndicated data services, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent time management skills are key to success. The Analyst must also be a fast learner and comfortable in situations where they are doing something for the first time, as many Growth Consulting projects are highly customized.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to generate insights and findings that will be shared directly with our clients based on their unique business questions.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations that clearly and succinctly communicate the findings of the analysis and overall recommendations using effective data visualization.
  • Access SPINS data platforms and reformat data to create custom Excel dashboards.
  • Conduct quality control processes, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to ensure outputs are timely and error-free.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • BS/BA degree
  • Prior experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firm
  • Prior exposure to SPINS, Circana, Nielsen, or other syndicated data sources
  • Analytical in approach; ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets
  • Advanced capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The following is strongly preferred:

Hiring Range: $70,000-$80,000/yr

This is a hybrid role. Will work 2-3 days per week in the office in Lancaster, PA with the rest of the work week remote. Must live within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA. No relocation assistance is provided. Must also be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship needed now or in the future.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong familiarity with accounting for sales and intercompany transactions.

  • Analyze data to generate insights and findings that will be shared directly with our clients based on their unique business questions.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations that clearly and succinctly communicate the findings of the analysis and overall recommendations using effective data visualization.
  • Access SPINS data platforms and reformat data to create custom Excel dashboards.
  • Conduct quality control processes, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to ensure outputs are timely and error-free.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • BS/BA degree
  • Prior experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firm
  • Prior exposure to SPINS, Circana, Nielsen, or other syndicated data sources
  • Analytical in approach; ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets
  • Advanced capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Title: Data Scientist

Duties:

  • The Data Scientist at Earnest LLC in Oakland, CA will guide product recommendations and model development, and communicate analyses and insights to the Data team and broader organization.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with each of the following: (1) designing and implementing machine learning models, including regression, classification, and forecasting for applications including underwriting, propensity, or collections models; (2) SQL, Python, and R for data analysis, modeling, and automation; (3) product analytics and experimental design, including A/B testing and causal inference; (4) building, testing, and deploying scalable data pipelines and production-ready models using statistical and ML methods; (5)  researching and resolving data-related issues within the Financial Services, E-commerce, or Fintech sectors to drive informed decision-making and optimize business processes.

Role Overview

Scout Motors is building its first enterprise demand forecast - and there’s no sales history to build it on.

As a VW Group–backed EV company in the run-up to launch, Scout has reservations data, an enthusiastic and loyal community, and a product about to enter the market — but not the years of historical sales a demand model usually leans on. That’s the problem this role owns: building a rigorous, probabilistic forecast from the signals that do exist, and growing it into the analytical engine of Scout’s planning system as real demand data arrives.

This is the first dedicated modeling seat in Integrated Business Planning. You’ll develop the demand forecasting model and own the data behind it — then partner with IT and Product Management to productionize it into the digital IBP product Scout is building, so the forecast lives where the business actually plans and decides.

What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Build Scout’s first demand forecasting model — probabilistic rather than point-estimate, forecasting unconstrained demand at the grain the business plans on. Convert reservation backlog with explicit probabilities, phase the timing of that conversion, and layer in organic demand as its own signal.
  • Solve the cold-start problem — stand up a credible forecast before there’s sales history, using reservations, configurator and order data, market analogs, and structured priors — then systematically replace assumptions with data as the market gives it to us.
  • Own the demand data end to end — source, define, and steward the data that feeds the forecast; build the pipelines and the feature/data layer; own data quality and the shared definitions everyone downstream depends on.
  • Partner across the business to get the inputs and outputs right — work with the teams that own the signals feeding the forecast and the teams that consume it, so the model is grounded in real inputs and lands in a format the business can actually use.
  • Make the forecast legible — document methodology and assumptions, quantify uncertainty honestly, and explain the model’s logic clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Finance, Commercial, Production, and Procurement.
  • Productionize with IT and Product — partner with engineering to move the model from notebooks into the IBP digital product (pipelines, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
  • Stand up forecast measurement — back-testing, accuracy tracking, and model monitoring, so the forecast improves on a known cadence as post-launch data accumulates and the model is retrained against reality.
  • Lay the foundation for what’s next — build the data and modeling base that Scout’s future AI/ML planning capabilities will extend.

  • A high-ownership mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving, build-it-yourself environment where the data and the priorities are still maturing

Role Description

As a Data Analytics Engineer for GFiber, you will be working with multiple stakeholders across the organization to provide quantitative support, define metric rules and logic, deliver useful tables and reports, model business scenarios, and solve a wide range of business problems. Role Overview

Scout Motors is building its first enterprise demand forecast - and there’s no sales history to build it on.

As a VW Group–backed EV company in the run-up to launch, Scout has reservations data, an enthusiastic and loyal community, and a product about to enter the market — but not the years of historical sales a demand model usually leans on. That’s the problem this role owns: building a rigorous, probabilistic forecast from the signals that do exist, and growing it into the analytical engine of Scout’s planning system as real demand data arrives.

This is the first dedicated modeling seat in Integrated Business Planning. You’ll develop the demand forecasting model and own the data behind it — then partner with IT and Product Management to productionize it into the digital IBP product Scout is building, so the forecast lives where the business actually plans and decides.

What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Build Scout’s first demand forecasting model — probabilistic rather than point-estimate, forecasting unconstrained demand at the grain the business plans on. Convert reservation backlog with explicit probabilities, phase the timing of that conversion, and layer in organic demand as its own signal.
  • Solve the cold-start problem — stand up a credible forecast before there’s sales history, using reservations, configurator and order data, market analogs, and structured priors — then systematically replace assumptions with data as the market gives it to us.
  • Own the demand data end to end — source, define, and steward the data that feeds the forecast; build the pipelines and the feature/data layer; own data quality and the shared definitions everyone downstream depends on.
  • Partner across the business to get the inputs and outputs right — work with the teams that own the signals feeding the forecast and the teams that consume it, so the model is grounded in real inputs and lands in a format the business can actually use.
  • Make the forecast legible — document methodology and assumptions, quantify uncertainty honestly, and explain the model’s logic clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Finance, Commercial, Production, and Procurement.
  • Productionize with IT and Product — partner with engineering to move the model from notebooks into the IBP digital product (pipelines, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
  • Stand up forecast measurement — back-testing, accuracy tracking, and model monitoring, so the forecast improves on a known cadence as post-launch data accumulates and the model is retrained against reality.
  • Lay the foundation for what’s next — build the data and modeling base that Scout’s future AI/ML planning capabilities will extend.

You’ll own the model and the data from version one, with the rare chance to design them right before launch rather than retrofit them under pressure after. As Integrated Business Planning scales and the planning product matures, the person who built the forecast is positioned to grow into deeper technical and team ownership.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $160,000.00 - $192,500.00

Travel is limited, with occasional trips (approximately quarterly) for team and company offsites.

What you’ll do:

  • Architect and own the unified semantic and data layer that underpins Revenue Operations — the single source of truth connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance data.
  • Define and drive the AI transformation strategy for Revenue Operations, identifying where AI and automation can meaningfully improve GTM efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Build and lead a small, highly technical team of data/analytics engineers, operating as a true player-coach who still writes code and ships models personally.
  • Design and maintain core data models, pipelines, and analytics products that deliver actionable insight across the revenue organization — from individual contributors to executives.
  • Partner closely with the Systems and Strategy & Operations teams to ensure data architecture, tooling, and process are tightly aligned across RevOps.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tools and vendors, staying ahead of the fast-moving AI landscape and translating emerging capabilities into practical, high-value use cases.
  • Establish data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices that scale as the organization grows.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and analyses that inform revenue strategy and company-wide reporting.
