Position Summary: The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible to manage the financial coding in the Eurofins Environment (USA) Laboratory Information management System and ensures continued alignment between sales invoicing and the accounting system. Responsible for checking and adding new coding to the financial coding portal. Duties include financial analysis and modeling, system maintenance, data management, report creation and the tie-out checking across different software solutions (such as LIMS and accounting system). Plays a critical part in providing integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies which will enhance current systems and support overall business goals. This position requires excellent technical skills and proven attention to detail, process, and discipline within a lab or production environment.
This is a hybrid role. Will work 2-3 days per week in the office in Lancaster, PA with the rest of the work week remote. Must live within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA. No relocation assistance is provided. Must also be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship needed now or in the future.

To support our data pipeline, the Data Analyst, Data Pipeline, operates as part of the team responsible for extracting, transforming, and delivering data from multiple sources within the Product Intelligence (PI) ecosystem. This role supports the PI groupâs needs around the Tasker tool. â˘Create and maintain forecasts and budgets for inventory and purchasing
SKU Reconciliation, Consolidation, and Inventory Data Maintenance
â˘Consolidate commodity part #s across different vendors
â˘Reconcile parts #s for new versions of equipment components
â˘Auditing and updating inventory status and reorder rules and standards within ERP and web management systems (ie policing items eligible or not eligible for back order, reorder, drop-ship, and stocking)
Data Analysis of Stock Position vs. Sales Velocity and Marketing Traffic
â˘Analyze the correlation between inventory, sales velocity, and marketing visibility
â˘Identify and predict sales trajectory of slow-moving items as well as items over-selling vs projections; compare site traffic, price competitiveness, and marketing traction; conduct root cause analysis
â˘Reporting and analysis of slow-moving inventory and related marketing activities
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
â˘Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Inventory Analyst, or similar analytical role
â˘Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including the ability to build complex formulas, analyze large datasets, and create meaningful reports
â˘Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
â˘Experience using ERP systems to extract, analyze, and report on purchasing, inventory, or supply chain data
â˘Experience in at least one of the following supply chain functions: forecasting and demand planning, inventory management, inventory allocation strategies, or replenishment planning
â˘Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
â˘Demonstrated ability to validate data accuracy, identify trends and anomalies, and proactively provide recommendations rather than simply generating reports
