What this role involves

Better Money

Strike is the Bitcoin company. With Strike, you can buy and sell bitcoin, pay bills, and borrow against your holdings. From individuals to businesses, Strike is purpose-built for every step of the Bitcoin journey. Available in more than 100 countries — including the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Africa — Strike is building a better financial system powered by Bitcoin. Bitcoin is better money. Strike is how you use it.

Role

Strike is where people around the world send, save, and spend money on bitcoin rails. For a product like that, customer trust is a feature in and of itself. As the Trust Product Designer, you’ll own the features that make customers confident keeping their money with Strike: security controls, account protection, identity, support experiences, and the systems like KYC/B, transaction limits, account restrictions that keep fraudsters out without getting in the way of good customers.

This role is all about calibrating friction, and abstracting complex logic into intuitive experiences. You’ll turn what most companies treat as friction into experiences customers actually appreciate. You’ll succeed by shipping trust-building features customers love, minimizing fraud, maintaining compliance, and protecting the health and integrity of the Strike ecosystem.

You will be the dedicated designer embedded in the Trust team, owning large 0-to-1 projects spanning across 3 platforms: iOS, Android, and Web. Your designs will impact the entire customer spectrum, individuals and businesses alike.

This role is open to candidates in the Americas or Europe.

What you’ll do

  • Shape the security layer of Strike, making protection feel like care
  • Champion a high bar for design craft and quality within the Trust team
  • Bring dashboard-grade craft to Strike and own the Web part of the Design System, keeping it cohesive with the Mobile experience
  • Partner with frontend and backend engineers, balancing platform standards and craft
  • Collaborate across a broader design team toward a long-term product vision
  • Contribute to the internal design tool library, prototyping your ideas in code: If it doesn’t exist, make it

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in a fintech or another regulated, trust-sensitive domain
  • A portfolio demonstrating expert-level interaction design and systems-thinking
  • Experience in multi-platform design systems
  • Ability to make creative decisions quickly, cohesively, and at scale
  • Resourcefulness, pragmatism and roll-up the sleeves mentality
  • Fluency with AI, staying on top of the latest design tooling
  • Comfort operating on a small, nimble team, wearing many hats
  • Deep curiosity about money, technology, and the future

US-Based Positions

  • Salary range: $143K - 152K
  • Equity in a high-growth startup
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance premium contributions; short & long-term disability insurance and basic life insurance
  • Cell phone and internet reimbursement
  • Flexible PTO, sick leave & parental leave
  • Access to a company 401k plan
  • No trading fees when you buy and sell bitcoin on Strike

Non US-Based positions

  • No trading fees when you buy and sell bitcoin on Strike
  • Other benefits are location dependent

We do not make hiring decisions based on educational history whatsoever. Our Founder is a college dropout. We employ high school dropouts, PHD candidates and everything in-between. We do not hire credentials. We simply hire talented, passionate individuals who are excited to be a part of our team.

Design Graphic Designer at Once Upon a Farm

Design packaging, print, and digital creative assets across retail, DTC, and experiential channels for a food brand.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who You Are: You are the kind of designer who gets a thrill from seeing your work on a shelf, in a mailbox, or ten feet tall at an event. You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI programs. You’re organized down to your file names: a dozen projects can be in flight and you still hit your deadlines and catch the details others miss. You take feedback as fuel, share credit generously, and jump in wherever the team needs hands.

The Task At Hand: This role brings the Once Upon a Farm brand to life everywhere parents and kids meet us — on the shelf, in the cooler, in the mailbox, on the phone, and out in the world. You’ll concept and design packaging, print, and digital work across a growing portfolio and a fast-expanding retail footprint. This is a hands-on maker’s role with real range: one week you’re concepting new package artwork, the next you’re checking press files or building signage for a live activation. If you want your work in front of millions of families nationwide, this is the seat. This role reports to the VP of Creative + Community on the Marketing Team.

In This Role, You Will:

Print Design

  • Design DTC insert catalogs and postcards that make opening a box feel like a gift
  • Design signage for activations and experiential events — booths, banners, backdrops, wayfinding, and giveaways
  • Design signage for retail stores and out-of-home media, from cooler and shelf graphics to billboards and transit
  • Design any other print items as needed for the brand

Creative Packaging Design

  • Lead creative concepting for package artwork across cartons, pouches, labels, film, and cases
  • Concept and iterate rapidly with emerging design & AI tools, bringing packaging ideas to life without compromising brand accuracy, craft, or premium feel.
  • Update older package designs with new interpretations of our look and feel, keeping the portfolio cohesive as the brand evolves

Digital Design

  • Design assets for retail partners, including sell-in materials, sell-sheets, coupons, and shopper marketing creative
  • Work with the Digital Graphic Designer as needed to help design ads, social media graphics, and email creative that stop the scroll and still feel unmistakably us
  • Build and maintain templates and design systems so the team can move fast without drifting off brand
  • Design any other digital items as needed for the brand

Production & Vendor Relations

  • Communicate with printers and print vendors on bids, file uploads, and press checks
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners to deliver press-ready and digital-ready files on spec and on time
  • Guide freelance designers and illustrators with creative briefs and reviews that help them be efficient and successful

Brand Guidelines & Team Collaboration

  • Understand and apply brand guidelines across every asset — and help push them forward with regular updates to our Brand Guideline file
  • Partner with creative teammates, brand, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn briefs into work that hits the business objective, and turn projects around quickly based on feedback
  • Bring ideas beyond the brief — concepts for campaigns, packaging, and brand moments we haven’t thought of yet
  • Work on multiple projects at once and consistently meet draft deadlines
  • Organize and maintain all assets and working files

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in CPG, food and beverage, or a fast-growing consumer brand
  • BA in Graphic Design or a related field preferred; a strong portfolio matters more than the degree — please include one
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, and current AI design plug-ins - producing photo-realistic renders of packaging, out-of-home, and in-store experiential, and cutting executional time to make room for design work.
  • Motion/video skills a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of modern design principles, with strong typography and layout craft
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and hit deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where each team member chips in on a variety of tasks
  • Energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, volume is real, and process still matters
  • Highly communicative/receptive in a fast-moving remote environment: ie flagging risks early, transparency, clear communication
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
  • Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter
  • Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
  • Desire to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy, and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment
  • Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
  • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Compensation:

  • Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, stipends, and role-specific perks.

Additional:

  • Remote-first work environment
  • Annual Bonus
  • 401(k) program + 4% company match after three months
  • New Hire Remote Life Stipend + annual Nourish and Nurture Allowance
  • Monthly Cell and Internet Stipend
  • Quarterly Farm-to-Fridge home deliveries and Employee Discounts
  • New Parents: Up to 18 weeks of paid Parental Leave, Baby Steps Back To Work, 3 months’ supply of Once Upon a Farm products, and breast milk shipping service and support for those who travel after birth for the duration of your breastfeeding journey
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Paid Volunteer Time
  • Paid Time Off to fulfill civic responsibilities, including jury duty and voting in local, state, and national elections
  • Medical Insurance for the employee is covered at 100% on select plans, with additional plan options at a reduced cost to the employee
  • Vision and Dental Insurance are covered at 100% for the employee and dependents
  • Life insurance
  • Flexible spending account and Health Savings Accounts for applicable plans
  • Employee assistance program (EAP)
  • All other benefits, leaves, and insurance as required by law, based on your specific residence
  • And so much more!

Design 3D Motion Graphics Designer at Yalent

Creates high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and product visualizations for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.

What this role involves

Description

The Role

We’re hiring a talented, hands-on 3D Motion Graphics Designer to create high-quality motion content that brings AllCare’s brand, products, and technology to life.

This is a highly creative, execution-focused role. You’ll take ideas, scripts, storyboards, and static brand assets and turn them into polished 3D animations, product visualizations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and product storytelling.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can take a concept and own the creative process through final delivery — from modeling and animation to lighting, rendering, compositing, and editing.

What You’ll Own

  • 3D Design & Animation: Create high-quality 3D models, environments, animations, and visual effects for marketing, brand, and product content.
  • Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging motion graphics that translate complex ideas, products, and services into clear and compelling visual stories.
  • Product Visualization: Build polished product and technology visualizations that showcase AllCare’s platform, capabilities, and services in a modern, premium way.
  • Brand Storytelling: Transform static brand assets, concepts, scripts, and storyboards into dynamic video and motion content while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
  • Video Editing & Compositing: Own post-production including compositing, transitions, typography, sound integration, and final video editing.
  • Lighting & Rendering: Create professional-quality lighting, materials, textures, and renders optimized for both quality and production speed.
  • Multi-Channel Creative: Produce assets for paid and organic social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Creative Iteration: Work quickly through concepts and feedback, producing multiple creative directions and refining work through final delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, product, design, and leadership to understand objectives and translate them into strong visual concepts.

What We’re Looking For

Above all: someone with an exceptional portfolio who can demonstrate both strong creative instincts and the technical ability to execute at a high level. We’re looking for a designer who can take ownership of projects rather than simply execute individual pieces of a larger production.

  • Proven Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience in 3D design, motion graphics, animation, or a closely related creative role.
  • Strong Portfolio: A portfolio or reel demonstrating polished commercial, technology, product, or brand-focused 3D and motion work.
  • 3D Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D, including modeling, animation, lighting, materials, texturing, and rendering.
  • Motion & Post-Production: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong compositing, motion graphics, and video editing skills.
  • Visual Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Commercial Quality: Experience creating professional content for brands, technology companies, products, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Concept-to-Execution: Ability to take a creative brief, script, storyboard, or rough concept and independently develop it into a polished final asset.
  • Speed & Ownership: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects, incorporating feedback quickly, and taking ownership from concept through delivery.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating content for technology, healthcare, SaaS, or AI companies.
  • Experience with product UI animations and integrating interface designs into 3D or motion content.
  • Experience with additional tools such as Unreal Engine, Redshift, Octane, Houdini, or similar rendering and animation software.
  • Experience creating short-form social content, paid advertising creative, and digital campaign assets.
  • Experience working with US-based brands or marketing teams.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where designers are expected to move quickly and work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive package of USD $1,200–$1,400 per month (including performance bonus), commensurate with experience, portfolio, and technical skill.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
  • Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates only)
  • US holiday calendar — you’re off when your US-based team is off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and more).
  • Health benefits and paid time off.

  • Technical Mastery: Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, with strong design vision, typography skills, and a commitment to eagle-eye attention to detail.
  • Production & Web Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern print and digital design principles, basic UI/UX standards, web responsive design, and delivery of clean, final production files.
  • Process & PM Tools: Familiarity with managing creative intake and workflows through project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Eager to learn, take direction, incorporate feedback, and operate both independently and as part of a high-energy creative unit.
