Design Senior UX Product Designer at HelloFresh

Senior Product Designer leads high-impact growth experiences across customer journeys, combining UX craft with experimentation and AI tools to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Senior Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Product Designer

This is a hybrid role to our Toronto HelloFresh Headquarters

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth UX team, shaping how prospective and returning customers discover, evaluate, and choose HelloFresh across our portfolio of brands.

As a Senior-level individual contributor, you’ll lead complex, high-impact growth challenges across acquisition, conversion, checkout, reactivation, and new purchase experiences. You’ll combine strong product design craft with experimentation, systems thinking, and commercial awareness to create experiences that are intuitive, relevant, and effective.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll contribute to the future direction of our growth experiences while continuously identifying opportunities to improve what exists today. You’ll work in an AI-native design environment, using AI throughout the design lifecycle to accelerate discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and execution — while applying strong judgment around where AI improves the quality of the customer experience.

At Senior level, we expect you to independently lead ambiguous product challenges, influence product direction, and contribute patterns and practices that make the broader team stronger. You’ll remain deeply involved in the craft, using the quality of your thinking, design, and collaboration to bring others along.

What you’ll do

Lead high-impact Growth experiences

  • Own the end-to-end design of critical growth journeys across acquisition, conversion, checkout, payment, reactivation, and emerging purchase models.
  • Translate complex customer and business problems into experiences that clearly communicate value, reduce friction, and help customers confidently make decisions.
  • Balance immediate conversion opportunities with the longer-term customer experience, considering not only whether customers convert, but whether we are setting them up for meaningful engagement and retention.

Shape product direction

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing, and Content Design to identify opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Connect customer needs, behavioural insights, commercial goals, and emerging technology to develop strong product directions.
  • Move comfortably between contributing to longer-term vision and delivering tactical improvements that generate measurable impact today.
  • Bring a strong design perspective to your product area while remaining open to evidence, experimentation, and the expertise of your partners.

Drive experimentation and validated learning

  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and design high-impact experiments.
  • Partner closely with Product and Data to understand performance across the funnel and translate learnings into actionable design improvements.
  • Look beyond the outcome of individual A/B tests to identify patterns and insights that can inform future product and design decisions.
  • Help teams balance experimentation velocity with customer comprehension, trust, and experience quality.

Work AI-natively

  • Integrate AI into your day-to-day design practice, from exploration, research synthesis, and ideation through rapid prototyping and design-to-code workflows.
  • Use tools such as Claude & Claude Code, Gemini, Figma AI, and emerging technologies to shorten the distance between an idea and something customers can experience and validate.
  • Explore opportunities for AI-native customer experiences, including personalization, recommendations, adaptive journeys, and conversational interactions.
  • Apply strong design judgment to AI-generated outputs, understanding when AI accelerates quality and when human craft, intuition, and critical thinking matter most.

Raise the bar for design craft

  • Create polished, intuitive experiences with strong attention to visual hierarchy, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, content, and overall usability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality and coherence of the Growth experiences you work on.
  • Contribute patterns, practices, and examples that help other designers deliver stronger work.
  • Give and seek thoughtful critique, using feedback to continuously strengthen the work.

Design systems, not just screens

  • Think across journeys rather than individual touchpoints, identifying opportunities to create reusable patterns and modular experiences that can scale across markets, brands, customer types, and purchase models.
  • Partner with our design system teams while contributing to Growth-specific patterns where needed.
  • Help reduce design debt and fragmentation by creating solutions that make future experimentation faster without sacrificing relevance or quality.

Lead through collaboration

  • Bring strong perspectives and clear rationale to complex product decisions.
  • Guide cross-functional partners through ambiguity and trade-offs, advocating for customer-centred solutions while understanding commercial and technical constraints.
  • Build alignment through clear communication, evidence, and strong design rationale rather than formal authority.
  • Support other designers through critique, collaboration, and sharing new practices and approaches.

What you’ll bring

Senior-level product design experience

  • Typically 4-6+ years of product design experience, although we care more about the scope, complexity, and impact of your work than years alone.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex consumer experiences, from understanding the problem through shipped outcomes and learning.
  • Experience independently navigating ambiguous problems, making sound design decisions, and influencing product direction within your area.

Growth and experimentation expertise

  • Strong experience designing B2C growth, e-commerce, subscription, marketplace, or other transaction-driven experiences.
  • You understand experimentation deeply and can translate behavioural data, customer insights, and business metrics into meaningful design opportunities.
  • You know how to optimize for conversion without losing sight of trust, comprehension, customer value, and longer-term engagement.

Exceptional product design craft

  • Strong expertise across interaction and visual design, including hierarchy, information architecture, responsive behaviour, motion, and micro-interactions.
  • You can take complex experiences and make them feel simple, and can articulate what separates a functional experience from a great one.
  • You care about the details while understanding when speed, learning, and iteration matter more than perfection.

AI-native design fluency

  • AI is already part of how you work, not something you are waiting to adopt.
  • You regularly use AI across multiple stages of your design process, whether that’s discovery, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or execution.
  • You’re comfortable experimenting with tools such as Figma AI, Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar emerging technologies.
  • You’re interested not only in using AI to work faster, but in understanding how it changes what we can design for customers.

Systems thinking

  • You naturally look beyond the individual screen or experiment to understand how experiences connect.
  • You have experience creating reusable patterns or modular solutions that can work across journeys, customer contexts, brands, or markets.
  • You can balance the benefits of consistency and reuse with the need to design for the specific customer problem at hand.

Strategic thinking and high agency

  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and proactively identifying opportunities rather than waiting for perfectly defined briefs.
  • You bring conviction to your design decisions while remaining open to evidence, experimentation, and alternative perspectives.
  • You can establish a strong direction for your work and then get hands-on to make it real.

Cross-functional leadership

  • You’re comfortable working beyond traditional design boundaries: shaping product decisions with Product Managers, exploring technical possibilities with Engineers, working with Data to understand performance, and partnering with Research and Content Design to understand customer behaviour.
  • You know how to build alignment across disciplines and move work forward without relying on formal authority.

Exceptional communication

  • You can turn complex problems into clear, compelling narratives and confidently present your thinking to stakeholders at different levels.
  • You communicate not only what you designed, but the customer insight, hypothesis, trade-offs, and business rationale behind it.
  • You can adapt the depth and format of your communication to the decision that needs to be made.

Let’s cut to the cheese, this is why you’ll love it here

Design Senior Product Designer, OpsUnity <Freelance> at CookUnity

Senior Product Designer who owns the visual design and user experience of an operations platform used by kitchen and fulfillment floor teams, ensuring consistency across multiple interconnected products.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About CookUnity:

Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.

Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.

If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.

The Role

As a Freelance Senior Product Designer, OpsUnity, you’ll own the design of the platform that runs CookUnity’s operations. OpsUnity is our operating system for defining and planning operations, measuring execution, and driving accountability, all in one consolidated platform. It’s a growing ecosystem of products (Designer, Planner, Labor and Task Trackers, and more) built by multiple teams, and it needs a consistent design point of view as it scales.

This is a hands-on role where your work is used daily by operators on the kitchen and fulfillment floor. These are high-stakes, high-tempo environments: shift leaders, pickers, and planners need to act quickly and without error, then get back to the floor. Good UX here isn’t polish, it’s whether the tool gets adopted and whether people make mistakes using it.

You’ll partner across engineering, product, operations leadership, and the individual teams building on the platform, bringing cohesion to how OpsUnity looks, behaves, and feels, while the platform is still early enough to shape.

Responsibilities

  • Design across the OpsUnity platform: Work across multiple products and teams (planning tools, real-time trackers, operational dashboards), bringing a consistent, coherent design language to a platform built by many hands.
  • Design for the floor: Create interfaces for fast-moving operational environments where speed and error prevention are critical. Understand how shift leaders, pickers, and planners actually work, and design tools they’ll adopt rather than resist.
  • Handle complex operational UX: Translate dense, data-heavy workflows (resource planning, capacity and bottleneck visualization, labor and task tracking) into interfaces that are legible under pressure.
  • Establish cohesion early: Help define shared patterns, components, and standards so products built by different teams feel like one platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams, from understanding on-the-ground needs to shaping briefs and aligning on solutions.
  • Ground design in real use: Use operational context, user observation, and platform data to inform decisions and validate that designs work in production.
  • Leverage AI to scale design: Use AI-assisted workflows, from rapid prototyping to generating and testing variants, to move faster and cover more surface area across the platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a focus on complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products.
  • Proven track record designing tools for operational, enterprise, or internal-platform contexts (B2B, logistics, supply chain, ops tooling, or similar preferred).
  • Strong information architecture and interaction design skills, especially for dense workflows where clarity and error prevention matter.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., generative prototyping, Claude, v0).
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and products simultaneously, bringing cohesion without owning every decision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with operators and technical teams to understand real needs.
  • Experience designing for mobile/tablet use in physical work environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

Benefits

💸 Get paid in USD per hour.

Design Mercury: Senior Product Designer Mobile

Senior Product Designer leads mobile app design for a fintech banking platform, shaping iOS/Android experiences from concept through launch while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Senior Remote Posted 12 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Portland, OR, or Remote within Canada or United States

The Memphis Group burst onto the scene in the early 1980s with a belief that design could be more than purely functional, it could be bold, expressive, and deeply human. They expanded what design could be, embracing color, emotion, and personality at a time when clarity and restraint dominated. That same spirit of possibility, of questioning defaults and reimagining what tools can feel like, still resonates today.

At Mercury, we’re building *banking for builders. Entrepreneurs who are often on the go and need to manage their business from anywhere. People who live complex lives who need their personal finances to feel like a breeze. We're rethinking what financial tools can feel like when they're designed with real people in mind: fast, expressive, and thoughtfully crafted from the ground up.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define what modern *banking should feel like for founders on the go. This role is unique because you'll help define the holistic future of Mercury's mobile experience, not just design features. You'll work alongside another senior designer focused on pushing craft forward, ship high-impact work quickly and see it used by real businesses immediately, and have room to explore ambitious ideas and turn them into real products.

What you’ll do

  • Lead design for major mobile initiatives from concept through launch and iteration

  • Shape the vision for Mercury’s native iOS and Android experiences

  • Turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interactions

  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to decide what to build and why

  • Prototype ideas quickly to explore direction, test assumptions, and refine details

  • Design polished, production-ready interfaces with exceptional craft and precision

  • Contribute to our design systems and help evolve patterns across platforms

  • Raise the quality bar for interaction, visual design, and product thinking across the team

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years designing high-quality product experiences

  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Experience designing complex systems, not just individual screens

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive projects forward independently

  • Clear communicator who can articulate decisions and influence product direction

  • Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)

  • Thoughtful collaborator who makes teammates better

*Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:

  • US employees (any location): $189,000–236,200 USD

  • Canadian employees (any location):  $178,600–223,200 CAD

We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT. Design UX Design Engineer (US Remote) at Oomnitza

Owns and maintains the design system, component library, and prototyping tooling that enables product engineers to design and build quickly while maintaining quality standards.

Senior Remote Posted 15 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Oomnitza offers the industry’s most versatile Enterprise Technology Management platform that orchestrates and automates key business processes for IT. Our SaaS solution, with agentless integrations, best practices and low-code workflows, enables enterprises to leverage their existing infrastructure systems and automate processes such as offboarding, onboarding, audit readiness, refresh forecasting and more, thereby reducing reliance on error-prone manual tasks and tickets. We help some of the most well-known and innovative companies to improve efficiency, expedite audits, mitigate cyber risk and eliminate redundant IT spend.

Oomnitza is hiring a UX Design Engineer to own the design system, component library, and prototyping tooling that powers our Product Engineering team. In our model, Product Engineers run discovery and prototyping end-to-end; your job is to give them an opinionated, well-tested, well-documented platform so they can move fast without losing design quality.

This is a hands-on role. Most of your time is in code and design tooling: maintaining the system, evolving the Storybook component library, building scaffolding that makes prototyping fast, and consulting on the small number of interactions that are genuinely novel. The role can sit in the US or in Ireland since most of the work is with tooling and systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Oomnitza design system end-to-end: visual language, interaction patterns, accessibility guardrails, and the rules that keep the product feeling like one product.
  • Maintain and extend the Storybook component library. Components should be correct, documented, performant, accessible, and easy for Product Engineers to compose.
  • Build and maintain the prototyping tooling (design tokens, AI-prompt scaffolds, design markdowns, starter kits) that lets Product Engineers move from idea to validated prototype in days.
  • Consult with Product Engineers on UX interactions that fall outside the patterns, and produce the new pattern, component, or guidance that adds back to the system.
  • Partner with engineering to keep the design system and the implementation library aligned. Identify when a one-off interaction should be promoted into the system.
  • Hold the quality bar for design output across the team. Review prototypes against the system, flag drift, and make the right thing easy to do.
  • Track the design-engineering space (Figma plugins, AI design tooling, headless component libraries, accessibility standards) and propose investments that make the team faster.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years combined across product design and front-end engineering. You are equally comfortable in Figma and in a modern front-end codebase.
  • Experience owning or substantially contributing to a production design system and a Storybook or equivalent component library.
  • Strong front-end skills: React, TypeScript, modern CSS including design tokens, and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfort with AI-enabled design and prototyping workflows. You see AI as a way to make the design system more useful, not as a replacement for it.
  • Strong taste paired with the discipline to systematize it. You recognize good design and codify it into reusable patterns and components.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can document a pattern, brief a Product Engineer, and influence without authority.
  • Self-directed and outcome-oriented. You identify the highest-leverage investments in the system and prioritize without close supervision.
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience is a strong plus.

What we can offer you

  • Career Growth: Top performers will have an opportunity to help shape the team. Working directly with the founders to drive initiatives and create a structure that scales
  • Market-competitive salary + equity
  • A once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity to get onboard a fast-growing business that is venture-backed by Shasta Ventures, SYN Ventures and Riverside Acceleration Capital

The base salary range for this position is: $120,000-165,000

Oomnitza recruits, employs, trains, compensates and promotes regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.

We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.

Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.Join us and shape the future of care.
Fullscript Academy is an education platform designed to support healthcare providers in delivering effective whole person care through evidence-based ingredient education and advanced diagnostic training. We deliver education through a variety of formats, including courses, webinars, articles, clinical guides, and in-app resources to support real-time clinical decision-making.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of clinical education on Fullscript Academy. You are a strong product designer first and foremost, with deep experience in user experience design and a sharp eye for creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces that reduce complexity. You design with a high standard of craft, creating experiences that feel credible, modern, and appropriate for a clinical, professional audience.
You have experience designing products that support learning, not just usage. You understand how to design for comprehension, retention, motivation, and long-term behavior change, and you know the difference between helping a user complete a task and helping them truly understand something.

What You’ll Do:

    • Support seamless provider journeys across onboarding, content discovery, and course enrollment.
    • Design experiences that help providers understand and retain clinical knowledge, stay motivated over time, and apply learning with confidence.
    • Go beyond a single surface by creating the connective tissue between Academy and the broader Fullscript product ecosystem, ensuring context carries across experiences and learning naturally transitions into action.
    • Lead nimble, iterative UX research and testing to validate ideas, experiment with interaction patterns and information architecture, and refine solutions in a fast-moving environment.
    • Translate user insights, behavioral data, and product strategy into clear, thoughtful design direction.
    • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality, well-documented designs, adapt to technical constraints, and collaboratively refine scope and solutions.
    • Collaborate with clinicians and content leaders to shape new educational formats, deeply understand learning objectives, and design experiences that reduce complexity while preserving clinical nuance.
    • Contribute to scalable patterns that maintain clarity, credibility, and consistency across Academy.

What You Bring:

    • Strong product design craft across user experience research, user experience design, and visual design.
    • Experience designing digital products end to end, from discovery and concept development through stakeholder alignment, prototyping, and developer handoff.
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams, adapting to technical constraints, refining scope collaboratively, and delivering clear, production-ready design files.
    • Experience designing for learning, behavior change, or knowledge retention outcomes.
    • Experience working across connected surfaces or product ecosystems.

Bonus if you have experience with:

    • Professional EdTech platforms
    • Digital onboarding or academy-style products
    • Financial education or financial literacy tools
    • Knowledge or learning-enhancement platforms (e.g., AI note-taking tools)
    • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

What we can offer you:

    • Generous PTO and competitive pay
    • Fullscript’s RRSP/401k match program for financial health
    • Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program
    • Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives
    • Discount on Fullscript catalog of products
Compensation range

The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript’s total rewards package.

Design Art Director - FMCG/ CPG at INDG | Grip

Art Director establishes visual brand systems and creative standards for enterprise content production at scale, ensuring consistent on-brand output across multiple formats and markets.

Senior Posted 18 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Grip is building the infrastructure for enterprise content production: a visual programming platform that turns brand systems into scalable, production-grade output.

Every great brand has a look, a feel, a way of seeing the world. Our job is to make sure that never gets lost, even when it’s being produced a thousand times a day, in a dozen formats, across every market.

That’s where you come in. As Art Director at Grip, you decide what “on-brand” really means and build the visual language that lets it hold up at scale, everywhere, automatically.

What You Will Do

  • Turn a brand’s visual identity into a living set of rules for light, layout, type, and imagery, precise enough to be followed faithfully at scale

  • Set the bar for every piece of visual output, and keep raising it

  • Review every output with a director’s eye. Catch what’s off, fix what’s close, and protect what’s great

  • Partner with engineers to make sure creative intent survives the trip from your head to the screen

  • Sit with clients and brand teams, and turn “I don’t love it” into something specific and buildable

  • Hold the line between creative ambition and what is possible to ship at scale

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • An Art Director with a portfolio that proves it, campaigns, content, and film with real craft and a clear point of view

  • You think like a director of photography, someone who knows light, lens, color, mood, and framing cold, on set and on screen

  • You’ve worked with big brands or big stakeholder rooms, and know how to hold your ground

  • You can take a vague strategy deck and turn it into an idea a team can actually make

  • Experience working with clients and brands based in Asia is a plus.

Why Join Grip?

The Platform Position

Grip is building infrastructure for enterprise creative production—where brand systems are executed through software, not manually recreated.

The Market Timing

Enterprise demand for high-volume, on-brand content is accelerating. AI enables generation, but without structured art direction, output breaks. This role defines that structure.

The Technical Moat

Grip combines visual programming, AI workflow orchestration, and multi-tenant architecture (TypeScript, Python, Elixir, C#) to deliver production-grade creative at scale.

The Work

You define how global brands scale visually—turning creative intent into systems that produce consistent, high-quality output across every touchpoint.

The procedure

If you’re ready to bring your project management powers to a role where you can make a difference, we want to hear from you. Send your resume and portfolio in English via the link provided. If you have questions, contact our Recruitment Department at jobs@indg.com.

INDG Grip handles and uses personal data of job applicants in line with its Recruitment Privacy Policy.
