Education Alloy: Client Enablement Lead

Leads customer enablement by creating learning programs, running hands-on training, capturing product knowledge, and measuring customer self-sufficiency.

Lead Remote Posted 4 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: New York City, Remote

Alloy is where you belong!

Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

Alloy’s platform is complex and managed with high-touch support from Alloy’s Technical Solutions team. Customers that would like to ‘self-serve’ often struggle to build a clear mental model of how Alloy works and why, falling back to Alloy’s support teams to complete even simple tasks. Today, enablement is spread across multiple repositories and handled one-to-one by delivery teams, with inconsistent results. Only a handful of sophisticated and adventurous clients currently achieve a moderate amount of self-sufficiency.

This leader owns customer enablement across Alloy. This is not a technical writing role. It is a role that builds and runs the program behind enablement: capturing knowledge continuously, packaging it for the right audience at the right moment, running hands-on customer training sessions, and measuring what works.

The Customer Enablement Lead will report to the VP of Product Design. From within the Product team they will help fill gaps and challenging areas of the product while creating a powerful feedback loop between customers and designers to decrease those gaps and challenges over time. The Enablement Lead will form strong cross-functional connections with the Support, Delivery, Technical Success, Product Marketing, and Product Operations teams to ensure customers have a seamless and supported experience as they go live and as we release new features.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week. This role is open to both local and remote candidates in the US.

What you'll own

The initial scope of work for this role will include:

Close Critical Gaps

Audit the current state. Evaluate and consolidate existing resources (API docs, help articles, the learning center, in-product help, and delivery-built guides). Work with cross-functional partners to create any missing documentation and “Customer 101” program material.

Outcome: Our AI support bot can answer essentially any customer question. Our delivery teams can pull together the content they need to run tailored training sessions with their customers.

Deliver the Alloy New Customer Enablement Program

Focus on new Alloy customers and deliver scalable, deployable training and content for repeatable implementations. Structure material so clients can self-pace from foundational to advanced. Target key user personas so they learn the features critical to their respective day-to-day.

Outcome: Clients understand and use what they bought, and are aware of what else Alloy offers. Additionally they know where to look for additional guidance via documentation, AI support chat, and other escalation channels.

Build the Product Release Enablement Program

When Alloy builds a material new feature or capability, map what each client segment and persona needs to know, when, and why, from pre-sales through go-live and ongoing use, and make it part of how products are sold, launched, and delivered.

Outcome: a shared view of our friction points and what areas currently drag the most on our bottom line.

Facilitate the Feedback Loop

Collect feedback after every release, rollout, and training. Give Product, Design, and Delivery a shared view of where clients get stuck, and drive alignment on whether each gap is best solved by product, technical solutions, or enablement, including interim fixes.

Outcome: Product, Design, and Delivery share one view of enablement gaps and who owns them. The design team gets critical insight continuously, addressing customer confusion directly in the product, helping reduce the surface area for documentation over time.

Milestones

30 Days

Onboarding into Alloy, learning the product yourself, existing resource audit, gap analysis, start filling documentation gaps with SME and tooling support, and deliver a consolidation plan.

60 Days

Initial enablement ‘package’ in beta for first client feedback via early hands-on training sessions.

90 days

Initial enablement funnel for core segments deployed and documentation gap filling has demonstrated a measurable increase in AI support ticket resolution. Iteration on the enablement package incorporating early feedback.

Six Months

Enablement package is ‘production ready’ and universally rolled out (client-facing teams are ready to deliver training using the material). Feedback loop with product and design solidified. The product release enablement funnel is operational as part of new feature releases. Seeing measurable improvements in some areas of self-service and legacy support ticket theme avoidance.

Who we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or training, including building a customer enablement program from the ground up.
  • Experience enabling customers on a technical, API-driven B2B SaaS product, with the depth to learn complex workflows and teach them clearly.
  • Strong live facilitation. You've run hands-on training sessions with customers and adapted them in the room.
  • A track record of tying enablement to measurable outcomes such as ticket deflection, adoption, or time to value.
  • Experience influencing Product, Support, Delivery, and Marketing partners without direct authority.
  • The judgment to tell when a customer problem needs content, a training, or a product fix, and the writing skills to make the case.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in fintech, identity verification, fraud, or compliance.
  • Experience structuring knowledge bases for AI support agents or chatbots.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS, documentation, or in-product guidance tools.
  • Experience working inside a Product or Design organization.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!

This position has a salary range of $180,000 to $220,000.

Benefits and Perks

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
  • 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
  • Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend for new employees
  • Annual Learning & Development annual stipend
  • Well-being benefits include access to ClassPass, OneMedical, UrbanSitter, and Spring Health
  • Hybrid work environment: Local employees are expected to work Tuesdays through Thursdays from our HQ in Union Square, Manhattan. Tasty lunches catered from a variety of local restaurants and frequent employee-organized cultural events contribute to our positive office energy. On Monday/Friday most employees Zoom into work from home while some take advantage of the quieter office.

    • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve enablement workflows and outcomes

Growth Trajectory

  • Role reports to existing Enablement Manager
  • Initially execution-focused, with a clear path to shaping the direction of the broader sales enablement function as trust and tenure build

  • Writing is accurate, persuasive, and delivered on deadline
  • Sales decks, collateral, and enablement materials clearly and credibly represent our product suite
  • Comfortable helping present buyer enablement and educational sessions
  • Enablement content stays organized, current, and actually gets used
  • Confidently own enablement projects and workstreams, not just tasks

Skills and Education:

  • 4-6 years of experience in enablement, marketing, healthcare RCM operations, or sales/account management
  • Healthcare revenue cycle management experience required
  • Strong writing skills with a verifiable track record
  • Experience creating enablement content and learning resources
  • AI-native/comfortable using AI tools

Education Partner Field Trainer at Quilt

Teaches HVAC partners to sell, install, commission, and service Quilt heat pump systems through hands-on field and virtual training.

Mid Remote Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Partner Field Trainer

Location: Remote, US (50–75% travel required)

Why This Role

If you love teaching and you know how to earn the respect of a room full of installers, this role puts you in front of some of the best HVAC contractors in North America. You’ll be the person who makes sure every Quilt Certified Partner can sell, install and service our system with confidence, and you’ll see your work pay off every time a crew nails an install on the first visit. You’ll also have a direct line back to our product and training teams, so what you see in the field actually shapes what we build next.

Why Quilt

Heating and cooling is going through its biggest shift in decades. Over 80 million US homes will move from burning fuel to electric heat pumps, pushed along by rebates, regulation and homeowners who want lower bills and a better product. That’s one of the largest replacement cycles in any market, and the incumbents are showing up with the same beige boxes and clunky remotes they’ve sold for 100 years.

We built something better. Quilt makes beautifully designed, AI-optimized heat pump systems with software that makes it easier for dealers to sell, install and service. We sell only through HVAC contractors, with ~160 Quilt Certified Partners across the US and Canada today, and everything we build starts with helping those partners grow their top line and run a more efficient business.

We’re also building the first true consumer brand in HVAC, and we’re doing it alongside the brands our partners have spent years, and often generations, earning in their communities. Homeowners trust the name on their local contractor’s truck, and we believe that name matters more than ours. So rather than competing with our partners for the customer, everything we build is meant to make them look better at the kitchen table.

Our Mission

Quilt’s mission is to move humanity off fossil fuels. Homes produce about 20% of US warming emissions (more than cars), and most of that comes from burning fuel for heat. If that matters to you, you’ll fit right in here. If you’re here because you love seeing the impact of your work every day and selling a product that actually matters, you’ll fit right in too.

The Role

As a Partner Field Trainer, you’ll teach Quilt’s HVAC partners how to sell, install, commission, and service our system. You’ll spend most of your time in the field running hands-on sessions at partner locations and training events, plus virtual sessions in between. Working with Quilt’s training team, you’ll deliver our established curriculum, help partners get certified, and bring back what you learn in the field to make the training better.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves teaching, knows how to connect with tradespeople, and can explain technical concepts clearly to installers and salespeople at every experience level.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Training: Lead sales and technical training sessions covering Quilt product knowledge, system design, installation best practices, commissioning, troubleshooting, and the Quilt selling experience, for both new partner onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Train in the Field: Travel to partner locations, regional training events, and trade shows to deliver hands-on training and conduct ride-alongs with installation crews (average travel: 50–75%).
  • Run Virtual Sessions: Host webinars and remote training sessions for partners between in-person visits.
  • Support Certification: Guide partners through Quilt’s certification process and track their progress and completions in our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support Partners After Training: Answer partner questions, help troubleshoot installation and product issues, and point partners to the right resources.
  • Help Update Materials: Work with the training team to keep guides, videos, and course content accurate as products and software are updated, and suggest improvements based on what you see in the field.
  • Share Field Feedback: Report common partner questions, installation challenges, and training gaps to the training team so programs and products keep improving.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical training, field training, or enablement, ideally in HVAC, home services, clean energy, or building trades.
  • Strong technical aptitude. You can learn product and installation details quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, whether leading a hands-on workshop, a virtual webinar, or a sales training session. You know how to connect with tradespeople.
  • Comfortable using an LMS (e.g., Docebo, Lessonly, Litmos, Absorb, or similar) to track training and certifications.
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage your own travel schedule and work independently in the field.
  • Curiosity about where home energy is headed. You don’t need to be a climate expert, but you should be excited to teach the product leading the shift to heat pumps.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (averaging 50–75%) to partner locations, training events, and trade shows.

Don’t meet 100% of the requirements? That’s okay, apply anyway! If you’re excited about this role and think you could bring something unique to the team, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match perfectly.

Nice to Have

  • HVAC industry knowledge or technical background (heat pumps, ducted and ductless systems, refrigeration fundamentals).
  • Hands-on installation or service experience.
  • Experience creating or editing training videos and written guides.
  • Background in residential construction, home performance, or building science.
  • NATE certification or other HVAC industry credentials.

What’s In It for You

  • Compensation: $100,000 base plus up to 20% bonus tied to hitting team installation targets.
  • Ownership in what you build: Meaningful stock options, so you share in the upside as the partner network grows.
  • Skills that keep getting more valuable: You’ll become one of the deepest experts on next-generation heat pump systems and the software behind them, right as the whole industry moves toward heat pumps.
  • Your feedback shapes the product: What you hear from installers goes straight to our product and training teams, and you’ll see it show up in what we build.
  • Room to grow: Grow with Quilt’s partner training team as the network expands across North America.
  • Benefits: Top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance.

About Quilt

We are a growing team of ambitious people who truly care about the impact of their work. We are on a mission to accelerate a species-level human transition. For over a million years, we’ve been burning things to stay warm. It’s time to move to a better way of living.

We welcome teammates of all races, ethnicities, genders, identities, abilities, and backgrounds, and we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to shape the future of climate tech.

Lead Remote Posted 11 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Since 2011, General Assembly has transformed tens of thousands of careers through pioneering, experiential education in today’s most in-demand skills. As featured in The Economist, Wired, and The New York Times, GA offers training in web development, data, design, business, and more, both online and at campuses around the world. You will project manage and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams to create learning experiences that reflect current market needs, emerging capabilities, and practical workplace application.

Designs and develops practical learning programs, activities, assessments, and facilitator materials for enterprise and professional learners.

Our global professional community boasts 60,000 full- and part-time alumni — and counting. In addition to fostering career growth for individuals, GA helps employers cultivate top tech talent and spur innovation by transforming their teams through strategic learning. More than 21,000 employees at elite companies worldwide have honed their digital fluency with our upskilling and reskilling initiatives. GA has also been recognized as one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, and Fast Company has dubbed us leaders in World-Changing Ideas as well as the #1 Most Innovative Company in Education.

GA is at the leading edge of creating practical solutions to one of the most pressing challenges of our time - the future of work. As recognized by The World Economic Forum, BCG, the OECD and more, these are big challenges to which only a few companies are offering real solutions. In this role, you’ll be speaking every day to corporate leaders who rely on GA to help them apply these solutions to their workforce of the future.

As a Lead Learning Experience Designer (LED), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and contextualizing high-quality GA learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. This role requires strong learning experience design knowledge, excellent program development and project management skills, and hands-on fluency with AI tools and emerging workplace technologies.

You will create practical, outcome-driven learning experiences that help learners build relevant skills and apply them with confidence in real workplace contexts. Because AI is increasingly embedded across GA programs and client needs, you should understand how modern AI tools are actually used in the workplace and be able to translate that fluency into applied activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides, assessments, and client-specific adaptations.

While this role will contribute significantly to GA’s AI-enabled and emerging technology portfolio, it is not a purely AI curriculum role. The core responsibility is to create scalable, high-quality GA programs that meet learner needs, client goals, market expectations, and GA’s instructional standards.

You will project manage and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams to create learning experiences that reflect current market needs, emerging capabilities, and practical workplace application.

Terms and Details:

  • This is a flexible, contractor position on a 2 or 3 month term
  • We would expect someone to provide 30 hours per week when on a project
  • This role will be 100% remote
  • For US Candidates: Pay is between $45 and $55 USD per hour
  • For European Candidates: Pay is between €23 and €35 Euros per hour
  • For South Asian Candidates: Pay is between $15 and $25 USD per hour
  • For APAC Candidates: Pay is between $20 and $38 USD per hour
