THE BIGGEST NAME IN HOME. THE BOLDEST TEAM IN E-COMMERCE.
Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley — one of the most recognized home brands on the planet. As the world's largest manufacturer of home furnishings and the largest furniture store brand in North America, Ashley is in a category unto itself. Our team sits at the intersection of world-class retail and digital innovation, driving the e-commerce experience for millions of customers across every platform and touchpoint. We're a fast-moving, highly collaborative team operating at a transformational moment, and we're charged with shaping how people discover, explore, and buy home furnishings. Our expertise spans data science, performance marketing, product, and creative, and our work reaches millions of customers every day. It's a rare combination: the energy of a tech company, the stability of an industry leader, and the opportunity to build something truly significant. If you're energized by transformation, collaboration, and meaningful impact at scale, Ashley Digital is where ambition meets opportunity.
Â
To be considered for this remote opportunity, you must reside and be authorized to work within the United States. The ideal candidate will be able to work Eastern Standard Time.
Â
About the Role:
Ashley Digital is looking for a curious, analytically driven marketing leader to own and evolve the Ashley Furniture CRM program. The Director, Ashley CRM will be responsible for growing consumer revenue across a broad and complex product catalog, developing lifecycle strategies across email, SMS and lead capture, while navigating the operational realities of both corporate-owned and licensee store channels. This is a high-volume program: over 1 billion email sends and 100 million SMS messages annually, requiring both strategic leadership and operational precision to execute well. This is a role for someone who is energized by building. Ashley is growing and evolving, and this person will play an active role in shaping what the CRM program becomes. The right candidate moves with purpose, creates clarity for their team, and sees change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
Beyond marketing strategy, this role carries real technical and operational ownership. You'll be responsible for the health and performance of our ESP platform (Zeta), which means solving platform-level problems, driving technical execution, and partnering cross-functionally to build and maintain complex, multi-touchpoint journeys. Strategic vision matters here, but so does the ability to get into the weeds.
This role reports to the Senior Director, CRM and is part of a broader CRM organization spanning six brands, with opportunities to collaborate on shared standards, tooling, and strategy across the portfolio.
Â
What You’ll Be Doing:
The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive. Senior leader owns direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, leads paid media and clinic launch campaigns, and drives growth across digital channels and touchpoints.
Brightline is redefining what pediatric behavioral health care looks like for families across the country — and we’re looking for a marketing leader who can accelerate that growth as we expand into new markets across the country. As our Senior Director of DTC Marketing, you’ll own the strategy, set the priorities, and drive the work that turns awareness into action — building the engine that brings more kids and families to the care they need.
The Senior Director, DTC Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for driving Brightline’s direct-to-consumer growth function. You will own DTC strategy end-to-end, directly leading paid media and clinic opening marketing, and steering content, social, and digital growth to deliver against DTC priorities.
You will lead through strategic ownership and collaboration — working side-by-side with dedicated DTC domain owners and shared marketing resources, and partnering closely with Product, Data, and Clinical teams to connect the care experience to the marketing funnel.
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will serve as the DTC marketing authority within the broader marketing organization — someone who can operate at the strategic level while staying grounded in performance data and brand integrity.
Define Brightline’s DTC marketing strategy, annual goals, and quarterly priorities, translating business objectives into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
Identify and articulate the highest-impact opportunities across the DTC funnel, from lead generation to conversion to booking appointments and retention.
Develop the framework for how Brightline acquires, engages, and converts families across both digital and in-person touchpoints.
Establish a playbook for how Brightline approaches new market entries and clinic openings from a DTC perspective.
Track and report on DTC performance with a rigorous, data-informed point of view — identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what to do about it.
Drive strategy and results across all DTC marketing channels and workstreams: paid media (search, social, display, streaming), organic content, SEO, social media, website, lifecycle, and clinic market launch.
Serve as the strategic lead and connective tissue across domain owners (e.g. content, lifecycle, social, digital growth) providing strategic direction and ensuring coherent execution.
Manage and optimize the external paid media agency relationship, providing strategic direction and holding partners accountable to results.
Lead DTC initiatives from ideation through execution — defining scope, driving alignment, and removing blockers.
Serve as the brand steward for DTC — ensuring that every channel, campaign, and touchpoint reflects Brightline’s brand voice, values, and visual identity with consistency and care.
Translate Brightline’s brand positioning into audience-relevant, channel-specific creative strategy.
Partner with creative and content teams to raise the quality and cohesion of DTC marketing output.
Build strong partnerships with the Contact Center, Product, Data, and Clinical teams to connect the care experience to the marketing funnel and inform strategy with operational insight.
Translate insights from the funnel, patient experience, and clinical outcomes into marketing strategy and messaging.
Represent DTC marketing in senior leadership conversations — synthesizing performance data, surfacing tradeoffs, and sharing strategic perspective from a DTC marketing lens.
Partner with business development teams where DTC intersects with health system and provider referral channels.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for DTC marketing, and build upon the reporting infrastructure to track them.
Lead quarterly planning processes for DTC, driving alignment on priorities and resource allocation across functions.
Create a high-performance operating cadence with clear prioritization, fast decision-making, and tight feedback loops between strategy and execution.
7+ years in marketing, with experience in a senior DTC leadership role — ideally in digital health, direct-to-consumer healthcare, or a high-growth consumer health brand.
Deep expertise in consumer acquisition and conversion marketing, with hands-on experience across paid media, content, SEO/GEO, and digital growth.
Demonstrated track record of owning DTC marketing strategy and driving measurable growth outcomes — not just executing campaigns, but setting direction.
Experience leading through influence in cross-functional organizations, partnering with domain owners and shared resources across functions.
Experience managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance.
Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape of healthcare marketing (HIPAA, health claims, sensitivity standards) is a strong plus.
Performance orientation: You are deeply comfortable with data and metrics. You know how to diagnose funnel performance, size opportunities, and make the case for investment.
Brand sensibility: You understand the relationship between brand and performance, and can hold both with integrity.
Strategic clarity: You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to get things done. You write clearly, think in priorities, and communicate with conviction.
Collaborative leadership: You build trust and build strong cross-functional relationships. You know how to align stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and move fast to execute and pivot when needed.
Mission alignment: You care about the Brightline mission and bring empathy and rigor to this work.

Directs digital communications strategy across social media, web, and executive positioning to build Cloudflare's brand and influence enterprise and developer audiences.
About Us
At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

We are looking for a Director of Digital Communications to redefine how Cloudflare shows up online. You are a visionary storyteller, a sharp strategist, and an Internet-native thinker. You understand that how we communicate on GitHub, Reddit, Hacker News, and YouTube matters just as much as a headline in The Wall Street Journal. This role isn’t just about managing a content calendar; it’s about strategically deploying Cloudflare’s voice on LinkedIn, X, and via digital assets to influence enterprise buyers, developers, tech policy leaders, and the global business community.
If you understand Internet subcultures, appreciate a great tech meme, and know how to foster genuine developer loyalty at scale, this is your sandbox.

Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

Director oversees paid media and demand generation strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, executing campaigns and optimizing performance across enterprise and mid-market buyer segments.
Who is BAMKO?
BAMKO is one of the top 10 largest companies in the branded merchandise space and the fastest growing of any of the top 50 companies in the $25 billion industry. A wholly owned subsidiary of Superior Group of Companies (NASDAQ: SGC), BAMKO partners with Fortune 500 brands and growing mid market companies on branded merchandise programs, sourced globally and supported by in house creative, including UBE, BAMKO’s company store platform.
We are growing our marketing team and looking for someone to own paid media and demand generation as we build out that function.
As Director of Marketing, you will own and execute BAMKO’s paid media and demand generation strategy across enterprise and mid market buyer segments, reporting directly to the EVP, Marketing.
This is a hands on role. You’ll work directly in the platforms, Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, running and optimizing campaigns day to day, while also helping shape how BAMKO reaches different types of buyers, from enterprise accounts to mid market companies to smaller, faster moving buyers.
You’ll partner closely with the EVP on strategy and priorities, while owning execution, platform management, and performance reporting.
What YOU will do:
Strategy & Channel Planning
Develop and execute paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other channels as appropriate, balancing brand visibility goals with direct response performance across both B2B and smaller, faster moving buyer segments
Own quarterly and annual media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across all paid channels
Help define and refine BAMKO’s buyer segments and how acquisition strategy should differ across them, working closely with the EVP to translate strategy into channel specific plans
Continuously evaluate channel and campaign performance, and proactively flag when a tactic isn’t delivering qualified results, with data and a recommended path forward
Hands-On Execution
Personally build, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns, with direct day to day ownership of performance, not delegated oversight
Bring experience or strong instincts for performance marketing aimed at smaller businesses and self serve buyers, where speed, clarity, and conversion efficiency matter more than long, consultative sales cycles
Own landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization in partnership with the website and creative team, identifying and resolving conversion blockers
Support lead scoring and qualification efforts in HubSpot in partnership with marketing operations, with the expectation that a dedicated marketing operations function will eventually own this in full
Run structured testing on ad copy, audience, bidding strategy, and landing pages, with clear hypotheses and documented learnings
Measurement & Accountability
Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, including spend, lead volume, lead quality, cost per qualified lead, and an honest read on what’s working and what isn’t
Ensure proper attribution tracking is in place across every channel and campaign so that performance is measurable from day one
Partner with sales leadership to validate lead quality, close the loop on lead to opportunity conversion, and refine targeting based on real win and loss data
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with the EVP on sequencing and priorities as BAMKO’s marketing function is built out
Partner with content and creative resources to ensure campaigns are supported by the right assets and messaging
Build trust with BAMKO’s sales organization by delivering qualified leads and maintaining clear visibility into what marketing is doing and why
Who YOU are:
7+ years of digital marketing experience with deep, hands on expertise in paid search and paid social, ideally in a B2B context
Proven track record building and running performance marketing programs from the ground up, including standing up campaigns and infrastructure in environments without mature existing systems
Still close enough to the platforms to execute at a high level personally, not just manage others doing the work, with the judgment to know when a program is ready to be scaled, systematized, or eventually handed to an agency or specialized hire
Deep, current knowledge of how Google Ads and LinkedIn actually perform today, including automated bidding strategies, audience signals, and how platform algorithms behave with broad versus narrow targeting
Experience marketing to small and mid sized businesses or D2C audiences is a strong plus, particularly performance marketing aimed at fast, self serve conversion paths
Comfortable being honest about underperformance and bringing real, well reasoned fixes rather than dressing up flat results
Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, and a working understanding of how marketing data connects to CRM and sales outcomes
A builder’s mindset, genuinely energized by creating systems and processes that don’t yet exist rather than only optimizing established programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
At BAMKO, we want you to be well and thrive. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
It is a fundamental policy of BAMKO not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), national origin, age, mental or physical disability, ancestry, sexual orientation, legally protected medical condition, family care or medical leave status, veteran status, marital status, or any other basis protected by state, local, or federal laws. BAMKO makes reasonable accommodation for pregnant employees who request an accommodation with the advice of their healthcare provider for pregnancy, child birth, or related medical conditions.
It is the policy of the Company to base decisions to employ, recruit, hire, and promote solely upon an individual’s qualifications relating to the requirements of the position for which the individual is being considered. The Company also strives to ensure that all personnel actions (such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, Company-sponsored training, promotions, terminations and disciplinary actions) are applied in a non- discriminatory manner.

8+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for B2C brands (ideally a consumer app or subscription business), with 3+ years leading and developing people.
Proven ownership of an end-to-end lifecycle program across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, web), including calendar ownership and program governance.
Deep, hands-on expertise in Braze (or a comparable enterprise CRM) — Canvas, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization/Liquid logic.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, A/B testing, and retention/funnel reporting. Comfortable building and socializing dashboards. SQL experience or willingness to learn.
Hands-on experience applying AI to lifecycle marketing — e.g., AI-driven personalization, send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, dynamic content, and automation — with the judgment to evaluate AI outputs against brand and quality standards and awareness of data privacy/governance.
Track record of partnering with Data, Product, and Engineering to ship technical projects; able to translate fluently between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong copywriter who can write clear, on-brand, high-converting copy across email, push, in-app, and web. You’re not a designer, but you write well, give sharp and constructive creative critique, and raise the quality bar across the team.
Proven campaign development chops — you can take a campaign from concept and brief through messaging, creative direction, and execution, and you partner effectively with designers (strong briefs, balancing brand voice with performance).
Outstanding project management and organization; a self-starter who balances multiple priorities and follows through.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of setting and achieving long-term performance metrics. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and working on a breadth of projects.

Veriff is the trust infrastructure platform for the world’s most innovative companies, and we need the market to understand exactly why that matters and why it matters with us rather than anyone else. The Head of Product Marketing will own that answer.
This is a high-impact role at a pivotal moment: a vertical go-to-market motion is being built, and the company is sharpening its focus on segment-driven growth. Product Marketing sits at the center of it all and owns positioning, enabling Sales, shaping vertical strategy, and driving how our products go to market.
This is a build-and-elevate role. You will bring structure, clarity, and commercial impact to a function that is critical to Veriff’s next stage of growth.

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a lean PMM team and operate as a true partner to Sales and Product. You will turn Veriff’s technical differentiation into clear, compelling stories that win deals, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen our position in the market.
