Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in coaching business leaders
Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable operating in an environment with imperfect information, evolving priorities, and limited resources.
Willingness to travel periodically to portfolio company locations, with the frequency varying based on business needs.
Bachelorâs degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or similar preferred)

Leads product strategy and development for a peer-to-peer fundraising platform, managing roadmap, user experience, and feature prioritization for nonprofit organizations.

Weâre Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the worldâs leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimerâs Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9â5 rating across top software review platforms, weâre recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
Weâre building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Â Youâll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
Peer-to-Peer turns supporters into fundraisers. Instead of only donating, a supporter creates a fundraising page, invites others to give, joins a team, or participates in an event on behalf of a nonprofit.
We are building Peer-to-Peer as a new product line. The product starts with two connected directions:
DIY creates the product foundation. Events extends it with registration, teams and captains, event operations, participant communication, attribution, reporting, and integrations. The two directions must work as one coherent product while serving different customer workflows and levels of complexity.
We are looking for a Product Manager to own P2P Events within the broader Peer-to-Peer product line.
This is a hands-on software product role covering discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration. You will turn an ambiguous product area into a focused solution grounded in customer, usage, and commercial evidence.
Events and DIY serve different sides of the same system: nonprofits need to run fundraising programs, while participants need effective tools to fundraise. You will work closely with the PM responsible for the broader P2P area so these experiences and their shared capabilities evolve together.
This is not an event-planning or project-coordination role.

Product manager triages internal AI agent requests, designs agentic business processes, and owns the roadmap for internal command centers and agent infrastructure.
đProduct: TLDR exists to increase techâs signal-to-noise ratio. Where weâre going: to be techâs intellectual Schelling point - where the future starts its day.
Today that means the largest network of tech newsletters in the world, with over 8M subscribers covering startups, software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, product, and more. What makes it work is who writes it. Every issue comes from people building in tech, not reporters covering it. Our writers keep their day jobs: two engineers at Coinbase write TLDR Crypto, engineers at DeepMind and Meta write TLDR Dev, researchers at Anthropic and Adobe write TLDR AI, and robotics and datacenter strategy leads at OpenAI and Meta write TLDR Hardware.
If it matters in tech, itâs in TLDR. Thatâs what makes TLDR the best place to find what you need to learn.
đȘTeam: Our 30-person full-time team includes alumni of TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, Business Insider, Asana, Morning Brew, and Pinterest. Weâve stayed intentionally small, which means every person here owns a function rather than a slice of one.
đTraction: Weâre bootstrapped, profitable, and on track for $35M in revenue this year - after $9M in 2024 and $20M in 2025. The advertisers who fund it want techâs decision-makers: AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Slack, Notion, and GitHub.
TLDRâs Applied AI team builds the agent-first operating layer the company runs on: the internal platform, skills, managed agents, and command centers used daily by go-to-market, ops, and leadership. Demand is compounding across every function, and today all triage and product judgment sits with one person.
This is our first dedicated PM hire!
In this role, you will:
Triage every incoming request: investigate it down to the underlying problem, shape it into a build-ready spec, and route it.
Redesign todayâs business processes into their productized, agentic form.
Own the roadmap and lifecycle of internal surfaces like team command centers, including how changes get communicated back to the teams that depend on them.
Partner with our auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling so specs increasingly self-deploy.
Hold the seam with our Strategy & Ops team: they own what a process needs to do today, you own what its agentic version looks like.
More of the companyâs work runs through the agentic path than through manual process, and requests go from filed to live and adopted faster than they do today.
Function leaders bring requests straight to you, and the Head of Applied AI is out of the triage and spec-writing business entirely.
3+ years as a product manager
Hands-on experience building AI-native products or workflows: youâve shipped something real with LLMs or agents, not sat next to a team that did.
Nice to have: productizing internal processes, running high-volume multi-stakeholder intake, or working close to GTM.
Youâre at home in ambiguity and prefer owning a whole problem to executing a defined roadmap.
You have real taste for what to automate, what stays human, and where agents canât yet be trusted.
You can hold a prioritization spine under pressure and say no to senior stakeholders, up to the CEO, without formal authority.
Youâd rather decompose a messy human process than ship another feature, and you measure yourself on adoption rather than launch.
You want your work used company-wide from day one, with live telemetry and demand already waiting.
đ€ Compensation:
Base compensation: $160,000-$200,000
Annual company performance bonus: $5,000 - $20,000
đ Location: Weâre 100% remote across the US and Canada. Work where you want - our bands are set to tier-1 city rates wherever you live.
đ€ Team Events: Biannual team offsites. Most recently weâve gone to New Orleans, San Diego and Park City!
đïž Time to Recharge: Flexible PTO. Most of the team takes 2â3 weeks a year, plus holidays.
đ„ Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits with a 100% paid option
đ 401(k) Plan: Empower 401(k)
đŒ Paid Parental Leave

Leads product strategy and execution for Fundraise Up's peer-to-peer events fundraising platform, managing roadmap, features, and cross-functional delivery for nonprofit organizations.
Location: Armenia
Language: Fluent in Russian and English (C1+)

Product Owner leads discovery and development of early-stage digital products from concept to MVP, owning strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional coordination.
Red Sky is a startup studio and venture builder working in strategic partnership with Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder. We identify market opportunities, validate business ideas and build digital products from concept to MVP. Our work moves fast. We turn an initial idea into structured research, discovery and a testable product direction within weeks, not months. We do not assume that every idea should be built. Our role is to gather enough evidence to decide whether to build, pivot or stop. You will work with a small cross-functional MVP team across product, design, technology, research and go-to-market.
As a Product Owner youâll validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery efforts, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. Youâll shape direction, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that what we build actually solves real user problems. This is not a backlog-management position. You will be expected to challenge ideas, make recommendations and take ownership of product and business outcomes.
Lead discovery of new product ideas - define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints,
Led user interviews, customer safaris, and market research to shape product strategy and identify key user pain points,

Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment to keep the team focused and fast,
Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and feedback loops post-launch.
