Project Management Principal Professional Services Consultant at CaptivateIQ

Leads client implementations of sales compensation software, managing requirements, configuration, timelines, stakeholder expectations, testing, and go-live.

Lead Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

CaptivateIQ is transforming the way companies plan, manage, and optimize sales performance. We started by revolutionizing incentive compensation management, and now we’re expanding our platform to solve broader sales planning challenges. Recognized by industry analysts like Forrester and G2 and backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia, ICONIQ, Accel, and Sapphire Ventures, we empower high-growth companies like Netflix, Figma, and Stripe with the flexibility and insights needed to drive revenue performance.

Join a talented, fast-growing team committed to solving some of the most complex and impactful problems in sales performance management.

About the Role

CaptivateIQ’s Professional Services team partners with customers after the deal closes to bring their sales compensation programs to life inside CaptivateIQ, from business requirements and comp plan design through data structure, build-out, UAT, and go-live, before handing off to Customer Success. Depending on company size and plan complexity, implementations run anywhere from 10 weeks to a year.

We’re hiring a Principal Professional Services Consultant to join a growing team leading these implementations end-to-end. This is a highly client-facing role: you’ll move fluidly between customer meetings and hands-on build work, owning the project timeline while managing customer expectations along the way. It’s a strong fit for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex compensation problems, and wants the pace and ownership of a fast-moving, startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle CaptivateIQ implementations, from requirements and comp plan design through data structure, build-out, UAT, and go-live, designing configurations that make each customer’s plan efficient and repeatable.

  • Own project timelines across multiple concurrent implementations, setting expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, building trust with customer admin teams and handing off cleanly to Customer Success at go-live.

  • Scope new implementation or post-implementation services and support related negotiations as needed.

  • Become an expert in CaptivateIQ and sales commission structures, partnering with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales throughout the engagement.

  • Proactively escalate project and account risks, maintain your billable utilization target, and define team best practices that raise the bar for delivery quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in sales compensation, as a consultant or as an administrator/practitioner using a comp tool in-house.

  • 10+ years of experience as a consultant or implementation professional, with demonstrated project leadership (managing other consultants is not required).

  • Strong grasp of data modeling, formulas, and spreadsheet/database tools (Excel or similar); comfort with object-oriented and relational data concepts.

  • Excellent time management, able to move seamlessly between client meetings and hands-on build work, prioritizing across multiple engagements.

  • Friendly, obsessively customer-focused, and service-oriented, with strong problem-solving instincts.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills; comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

  • A startup mindset, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment, with a clear sense of why that environment is the right fit for you.

  • Background at a SaaS/technology company.

Nice to Have

  • SQL experience.

  • Experience with AI implementation.

  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or a competitor’s sales compensation software (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions).

  • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) or ERPs (e.g., NetSuite).

$135,000 - $200,000 a year

The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. The OTE salary range for this role is $135,000 – $200,000. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada will be provided in Canadian dollars and may differ from the ranges listed above due to currency conversion. Our OTE salary is just one component of CaptivateIQ’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity, comprehensive health benefits, and other perks and benefits.

CaptivateIQ participates in E-Verify, web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Project Management Program Manager (French speaking) at Open Function (OpenFn)

Owns customer program relationships, retention, satisfaction, growth, and subscription health while coordinating technical delivery and stakeholder communication.

Lead Remote Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Type: Full-time contractor (hours negotiable)

Location: Remote, based in Sub-Saharan Africa (Africa time zones)

Language Requirements: French fluency required

Reports to: Head of Growth

OpenFn is the digital public good for public service automation & AI orchestration. Our platform automates data exchange and digital workflows so that governments and NGOs can deliver public services more efficiently, achieve interoperability across fragmented systems, and scale critical public services across health, humanitarian, and government programs.

Our team, Open Function Group, the primary steward of this open-source platform, is a lean, fully-remote team of integration specialists, solution architects, and implementation consultants working across 40+ countries.

We are not making marginal improvements to already comfortable lives. We are building the infrastructure that allows governments to function, clinics to operate, and vulnerable populations to access services they depend on.

The role

We need a remote, relationship-driven, commercially-minded Program Manager who is genuinely technically fluent, someone who can speak credibly about our platform, integrations, and data workflows with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, to keep our existing customers happy, engaged, and growing, and to help us stand up program management as a function for the very first time.

We are hiring our first Program Manager to own and grow relationships with OpenFn’s existing customers as we transition to a subscription model built around packaged product-and-services bundles.

As our first Program Manager in this market, you will own the full portfolio of existing subscription customers and be accountable for their retention, satisfaction, and growth. You will be the trusted advisor customers turn to, the person who makes sure they are getting real value from OpenFn, and the internal owner of the commercial health of each account.

OpenFn is a genuinely technical product: our customers use it to build integrations, move data between systems, and automate complex digital workflows. You do not need to be an engineer, and you will not be doing hands-on implementation work; we have solution architects and implementation consultants for that. But you do need to be technically fluent: able to understand how customers use the platform, hold a credible conversation with their technical teams, spot when something is going wrong, and know when to bring in a specialist. That technical credibility is what will make you a genuine trusted advisor rather than just a point of contact.

Because this is a foundational hire, you will both build and execute. You will not inherit a mature playbook; you will help create it, establishing the processes, cadences, and tooling that a strong program management function depends on, while carrying a live book of business from day one.

Own & grow customer relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing subscription customers
  • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across each customer organization, from day-to-day users through to senior decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain account plans that map each customer’s objectives to the value OpenFn delivers
  • Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other regular check-ins

Bring technical fluency to the relationship

  • Develop a strong working understanding of the OpenFn platform and how each of your customers uses it
  • Hold credible, substantive conversations with customers’ technical teams about their integrations, data workflows, and use cases
  • Translate fluently between customers’ technical staff and their non-technical decision-makers
  • Spot technical adoption risks early, and know when to bring in solution architects or implementation consultants

Drive retention & expansion

  • Own gross and net retention for your portfolio, and be accountable for renewals
  • Forecast renewals accurately and manage the end-to-end renewal process
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and lead recovery plans before they churn
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts, including tier upgrades and cross-sell of additional services
  • Negotiate renewals and expansions in line with our pricing and packaging model

Deliver value & coordinate delivery

  • Ensure a smooth handoff from sales and implementation into ongoing program management
  • Monitor product usage and adoption, and work with customers to close gaps and deepen engagement
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to our product and services teams
  • Coordinate with support and implementation teams to meet SLA commitments and deliver project-based work
  • Manage escalations, bringing the right internal people together to resolve issues quickly

Build the program management function

  • Establish the playbooks, cadences, and health-scoring approach that will let program management scale as OpenFn grows
  • Maintain accurate account data, activity, and forecasts in our CRM, and report on core retention/growth metrics to leadership
  • Help migrate existing customers from legacy project-based arrangements onto the new subscription model

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing commercial role at a SaaS or subscription business
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of customers, including owning renewals, forecasting, and driving upsell or expansion
  • Experience managing customers for a technically substantive product, with a demonstrated ability to get up to speed on how a product actually works
  • Genuine technical fluency: comfort discussing concepts such as APIs, integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation, and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust with both technical users and senior stakeholders
  • Experience running customer cadences such as QBRs, service reviews, and success planning
  • Hands-on proficiency with a CRM, and a data-informed approach to managing account health and forecasts
  • Fluent, professional-level English and French communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively across a distributed, multicultural team
  • A self-starter mindset suited to a foundational role where you build as well as execute, and the ability to work from home or a shared office space with fast, stable internet, preferably in a country located in Sub-Saharan Africa (Africa time zones)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience helping a business (or its customers) transition from project or services-based revenue to a subscription model

  • A technical background (e.g. a computer science degree, or prior experience in engineering, technical support, solutions, or implementation), including hands-on experience with integration tooling, data pipelines, or APIs

  • Experience managing government, NGO, public sector, or other international customers, ideally within the digital public goods or open source ecosystem

  • Working knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce or Odoo

  • Additional language skills relevant to our customer base (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese)

  • Experience selling and/or delivering complex digital transformation, business process transformation, or data integration projects

  • Financial compensation includes a base salary plus variable pay tied to the retention and growth (upsell and expansion) of your portfolio. Total pay is commensurate with experience, per OpenFn’s Equal Pay for Equal Work framework; the detailed variable-pay mechanics are shared during the interview process.

  • N.B.: Selling to NGO and government customers, we don’t offer Silicon Valley pay scales, but high quality of life and fair, transparent, and competitive compensation is important to us.

  • Flexible working schedule

  • We’re fully remote, with team meetups across Europe and Africa (our last three were in Kigali, Cape Town, and Dakar)

  • Exposure to the hottest industry and technology trends and leading health, humanitarian, and government digital transformation interventions in the sector

  • Opportunity for leadership and advancement; you will be a key contributor to our company’s strategy and direction

  • The opportunity to shape our strategy and impact millions of lives through our open source software in a small, mission-driven organization

Project Management Lead Technical Program Manager, Robotaxi at Waabi

Leads integrated robotaxi program planning, risk management, cross-functional execution, launch readiness, KPIs, and executive reporting.

Lead Posted 11 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Waabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is the leader in Physical AI. With a world-class team, we’re unlocking the next era of autonomous transportation with technology that’s powering commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis. Waabi is backed by and partners with world leaders in AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech.

With offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, Waabi is growing quickly and looking for diverse, innovative and collaborative candidates who want to impact the world in a positive way. To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai

Waabi is bringing its proven autonomous driving technology from trucking to the robotaxi space, and we need a program management leader to drive the execution. You will own the roadmap for integrating the Waabi Driver into our commercial fleet, acting as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, and external partners. You will partake in shaping our go-to-market approach, drive partner strategy, and ensure we deliver a safe, scalable rider experience. If you thrive on turning complex technical milestones into seamless commercial launches, this is your chance to be an integral part of Waabi’s next chapter.

You will…

  • Define and maintain the integrated robotaxi program plan — key milestones, cross-team dependencies, and critical path — spanning autonomy, vehicle hardware, safety/V&V, fleet operations, and commercial launch readiness.

  • Own program-level risk management. Surface issues early, bring data-backed options rather than just status updates, and ensure every dependency has a clear owner and ETA.

  • Drive launch and market-readiness planning across vehicle readiness, ODD (operational design domain) coverage, safety validation sign-off, site and facility readiness, and regulatory or permitting requirements for new markets and service areas.

  • Partner with Autonomy, Safety, Commercial, and Operations to translate top-down strategy into executable roadmaps, and hold teams accountable to the plan.

  • Build and run executive reporting — concise, credible updates on program status, risk, and path-to-green for leadership.

  • Define and track the KPIs that measure readiness for driverless operation, such as ODD coverage, disengagement rates, system readiness, and rider experience metrics.

  • Establish scalable processes and tooling for robotaxi program tracking, ensuring a single source of truth as the program and fleet scale.

  • Represent the robotaxi program in cross-company planning, ensuring it’s properly sequenced against Waabi’s trucking roadmap and shared platform investments.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from ambiguity to delivery.

  • Direct experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or another safety-critical, deeply cross-functional environment spanning hardware, software, and safety.

  • Demonstrated ability to build program structure from scratch — dependency maps, risk registers, executive reporting, milestone tracking — in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

  • Strong technical fluency across hardware, software, and autonomy/ML domains — able to ask the right questions and spot a false dependency without being a domain expert in any one area.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable writing a crisp one-pager for an executive audience and facilitating a working-level technical review in the same week.

  • Proven cross-functional leadership without formal authority — you drive alignment and hold teams accountable through influence, not org-chart position.

  • Hands-on experience with program tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or other Project Management.

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Bonus/Nice to Have:

  • Proven history executing driverless commercial rollouts, operational domain expansions, or initial market deployments for robotic transport platforms.

  • Working knowledge of system safety assurance, ODD boundaries, and integrating safety sign-off gates into target deployment schedules.

  • Track record establishing or scaling continuous fleet management, remote command facilities, or real-time operations centers.

  • Prior collaboration with policy, legal, and public affairs stakeholders to secure local operating authorizations and permits.

  • Hands-on application of modern AI solutions to streamline operational tracking, eliminate manual administrative friction, and speed up critical decisions.

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $235,000 - $270,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi US Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. Leads complex, multi-team infrastructure programs including cluster migrations, storage modernization, and platform evolution.

Lead Remote Posted 13 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com.

Reddit has a flexible workforce! If you happen to live close to one of our physical office locations our doors are open for you to come into the office as often as you’d like. Don’t live near one of our offices? No worries: You can apply to work remotely in any country in which we have a physical presence.

Reddit’s Infrastructure organization has the mission of building and delivering the compute orchestration environment, storage and data systems, and essential platform services behind all of Reddit. The breadth of the infrastructure portfolio spans Compute, Storage, Messaging, Transport, Core Platform, Ranking Platform, SRE, Security, and Compliance. and more, each with active roadmaps driving modernization, migrations, and platform evolution.

We are looking for an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager (IC5) who is a generalist across all things infrastructure. This role requires strong TPM skills paired with strong technical knowledge to effectively drive programs across the full breadth of Reddit’s infrastructure stack. You will plan and execute complex, multi-team programs, from cluster migrations and storage modernization to Kafka client rollouts, with a deep understanding of the processes, trade-offs, and dependencies involved.

Why this role matters:

Reddit’s infrastructure is undergoing its most significant modernization in company history. We are migrating off legacy clusters, standing up intent-based compute environments, evolving our storage and messaging platforms, scaling ML serving to GPU, and expanding to multi-region serving, all simultaneously across 30+ platform teams. This is a rare opportunity to partner with world-class engineering teams at the intersection of all of these efforts, serving as the connective tissue that keeps Reddit’s most complex infrastructure programs on track, dependencies visible, and execution aligned to a shared long-term strategy.

If you’re looking to positively and directly impact an already awesome company culture, we’d like to hear from you!

Who we are:

TheTechnical Program Management Office(Tech PMO) exists to accelerate, scale, and empower all teams at Reddit to do their best work and advance our company’s mission. We operate from within the office of the CTO, maximizing our ability to galvanize and drive technical programs and solutions to solve company-wide problems. Our reach extends across the entire company, driving key strategic focus areas for the business.

What you’ll do:

You will own and drive programs across the full breadth of Reddit’s infrastructure stack, spanning Compute, Storage, Messaging, Transport, Core Platform, Ranking Platform, Security, and Compliance. Your portfolio will include large-scale migrations, tooling modernization, and platform evolution efforts. You will partner deeply with engineering teams as a technical peer, not from the stratosphere, but in the details, bringing programs to completion, balancing risk across frontend, backend, and revenue-producing teams, and ensuring execution stays aligned to Reddit’s long-term infrastructure strategy.

  • Get Things Done. More than just displaying activity, counting sprint points, or delivering regular updates.  You actually bring programs to completion and deliver real accomplishments for the business, and help your teams understand the difference.
  • Dive into Details. You understand the details of their programs and help guide them with and in active partnership with their teams.  You don’t just stay in the stratosphere or in an abstract process. You have the technical judgment to act as a partner with your teams in planning and decision making.
  • Make Work Repeatable. You create and improve processes that smooth the path for others and prevent and remove recurring organizational toil (and the lower quality bar that often allows).  You reuse processes developed elsewhere, and aid in adoption of standards where relevant.
  • Leverage AI to Improve Program Outcomes. Use AI and LLM-assisted tooling to automate reporting, improve cost anomaly detection, accelerate data analysis, and enhance program management workflows, ensuring the Cost & Capacity function operates with maximum leverage.
  • Mentor & Lead. You are good at, and enjoy, informally aiding others in developing key organizational and program skills.  You’re a leader within the Program Management org, your programs, and support people in the process.
  • Bring Order out of Chaos. You are known for leaving a program and the teams you support in a position of stronger organization than where they started, and those teams continue to succeed even when you are no longer specifically engaged in the program.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles.
  • Strong technical depth and judgment. You are comfortable discussing Kubernetes orchestration, storage engines, messaging systems (Kafka), ML serving infrastructure, deployment pipelines, CDN and traffic management, and data platform architectures. You can credibly challenge technical plans and identify risks that engineering teams may overlook. You have experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, observability platforms, and container orchestration is highly valued.
  • Strong Technical Program Management skills. You can scope, schedule, and drive long-term programs with multiple milestones, coordinating across dozens of teams and managing complex dependency chains. You have a proven track record driving large-scale migrations and deprecations in cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills. You can present cost narratives to Finance leadership and engineering directors+ with equal confidence.
  • Experience working with observability and data platforms (Grafana, BigQuery, Hex, Looker, or similar) to build cost reporting and alerting.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI/LLM tooling to improve program management workflows, automate reporting, or enhance engineering productivity.
  • A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solve problems.
  • Pragmatic. You take an iterative approach to developing processes and systems

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs
  • 401k with Employer Match
  • Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support
  • Family Planning Support

Project Management Staff Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure at Reddit, Inc.

Leads complex, multi-team infrastructure programs including cluster migrations, storage modernization, platform rollouts, and execution planning.

  • Gender-Affirming Care
  • Mental Health & Coaching Benefits
  • Flexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time Off
