Senior paid media strategist who owns Google Ads accounts end-to-end, manages client relationships, and optimizes for incremental ROAS across the entire eCommerce funnel.
Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked.
That is the whole job.
Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your client’s name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business.
So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a client’s face.
At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero.
Google is where we are putting our next round of growth. You would own a set of those accounts end to end.
Here is what “end to end” actually means.
You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody else’s summary of your result.
You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the client’s Shopify theme.
You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number.
You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the client’s point of contact and there is nobody else to cover it. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output.
If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast.
If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading.
What the job looks like
You are a fit if
You are not a fit if
Why this role is exciting
This is not a maintenance job. Google is where we are putting our next round of growth, and you would have real influence over how we run it.
You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.
You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident.
You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.

We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.
Intake is the first point of contact for injured claimants and the engine that converts inbound leads into signed clients. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Intake to own the performance, scale, and quality of a large, distributed intake operation that spans in-house staff and nearshore/BPO partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has run high-volume intake or contact-center teams at scale, knows how to get the most out of outsourced and nearshore vendors, and is fluent in the systems and technology that keep a modern intake operation running. You’ll be measured on speed, conversion, quality, and client experience, and you’ll have the mandate to redesign process and tooling to move all four.
Lead the intake operation
Manage a large, multi-site intake team (in-house and remote), including team leads, supervisors, and intake specialists across time zones.
Own daily service levels, staffing coverage, and schedule adherence across a high-volume, extended-hours (often 24⁄7) operation.
Coach and develop supervisors; build career paths, performance plans, and a culture of accountability and empathy toward injured clients.
Manage nearshore / BPO partnerships
Own the day-to-day relationship with nearshore and BPO vendors, defining SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards, and holding partners accountable to them.
Lead vendor selection, onboarding, ramp planning, and capacity forecasting; partner on hiring profiles, training curricula, and quality calibration.
Manage bilingual (English/Spanish) intake coverage and ensure consistent quality and compliance across all sites, regardless of location or vendor.
Conduct regular business reviews (WBRs/QBRs) and drive continuous improvement on cost-per-signed-case and conversion.
Own performance and metrics
Define, track, and improve core intake KPIs: speed-to-lead, contact and connect rates, lead-to-retainer conversion, sign-up/retention rate, abandonment, and quality/QA scores.
Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, funnel drop-off, and vendor performance.
Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and run experiments to lift conversion and reduce time-to-sign.
Own the systems and process
Serve as the operational owner of the intake tech stack, CRM/case-management, lead management and routing, telephony/dialer, e-signature, and workforce-management tools.
Design and document intake workflows, call scripts, screening criteria, disqualification logic, lead routing, and follow-up cadences.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to configure and optimize systems, automate manual steps, and ensure clean data flow from first contact through signed retainer.
Build and maintain a QA/call-monitoring program with scorecards, calibration sessions, and coaching feedback loops.
Partner cross-functionally
Work closely with Marketing on lead quality, source performance, and speed-to-lead handoffs.
Coordinate with Case Management / Legal on clean case handoffs, sign-up packets, and documentation standards.
Ensure the operation stays compliant with applicable rules on client solicitation, consent, call recording, and data privacy.
6+ years of intake, contact-center, or client-services operations experience, including 3+ years managing large teams (typically 30+ agents directly or through supervisors).
Personal injury, mass tort, or legal-services intake experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience managing bilingual/LATAM nearshore operations.
Direct experience managing nearshore and/or BPO/outsourced teams, including SLA definition, vendor management, scorecards, and capacity/ramp planning.
Proven track record managing large remote/distributed teams and hitting service levels across multiple sites and time zones.
Working command of the systems that govern an intake operation, CRM / case-management platforms (e.g., Litify, Salesforce, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Lead Docket), dialers/telephony (e.g., Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, Twilio), lead-routing, e-signature, and workforce-management tooling.
Fluency with intake/contact-center metrics and the ability to turn data into action.
Strong people-leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Optimize Snowflake table design and materialization strategy to keep performance high and costs in check as data volume grows

Build the data infrastructure and governance needed to support new AI/ML use cases, including reliable access to high-quality, well-understood data
6+ years of data engineering experience
Ability to independently own complex data systems from design through production and make sound architectural tradeoffs
Strong product and stakeholder instincts - you can translate ambiguous business needs into durable data solutions
Deep, production-grade SQL and Snowflake expertise
Deep experience with dbt, including testing, documentation, dependencies, and deployment
Software engineering discipline — Git-based version control, CI/CD for data pipelines, and strong Python skills for building data pipelines, orchestration, and custom transformations

Owns end-to-end paid social strategy for auto insurance, managing Meta and TikTok budgets, creative testing, and margin optimization to drive 2.5x channel growth.
Launch Potato is the discovery and conversion company. We reach tens of millions of people every month through our brands, including FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState. We turn that attention into real outcomes for our partners, some of the world’s leading companies.
Our mission: create predictable, high-value customer acquisition at scale by connecting discovery, intent, and performance across category-leading consumer brands in finance, travel, and entertainment.
We run profitable and bootstrapped, with a South Florida HQ and a remote-first team across 18 countries.
You own outcomes here, not tasks. We measure work by impact, not activity. The pace is real, and change is constant, so the people who do best turn change into opportunity instead of waiting for it to settle. Feedback runs direct and lands with respect. Ordinary people make themselves extraordinary at Launch Potato.
Auto insurance on paid social is one of our highest-potential channels and you would own it end to end taking it to the next level.
This is a hands-on seat. You are in Ads Manager daily, pulling your own numbers, setting the testing agenda with the creative team, and staying with a test through launch, read, and post-mortem. If you are looking to hand a strategy deck to someone else to execute, this is not it.
The honest trade: the channel has proven scale and a real ceiling. Creative fatigues fast, attribution is noisy, and regulation reshapes what you can say and where you can send traffic. Those problems are yours. Nobody is going to solve them above you.
You own a vertical, not a slice. Meta and TikTok spend for auto insurance, end to end, from budget and bid strategy to the creative roadmap to live margin performance. One owner, and it is you.
Margin is the metric. Not impressions, not a ROAS number handed down without context. You decide when to push into a lower ROAS for contribution dollars and when to pull back, and you are trusted to make that call.
The mandate is scale, not maintenance. The plan is to grow this channel to roughly 2.5x its current monthly spend without giving up margin. That is the job. If you want a channel that is already solved, this is the wrong one.
The interesting part is unsolved. Creative fatigue cycles, attribution noise, and compliance constraints on a vertical with real headroom. You will not be maintaining someone else’s playbook. You will be writing the one the rest of the team runs.
Short line to the people who decide. You work directly with the Senior Director who owns paid marketing, the GM of Auto Insurance, compliance, and product. No layers to route a recommendation through.
Profitable and bootstrapped. Spend decisions here get made on margin, not against a burn plan set by someone else’s timeline.
How we work, and what we look for in how you work:
By the end of your first year:
Want to accelerate your career? Apply now!

Senior Product Manager owns data pipeline products at a retail AI company, collaborating across engineering, data science, and customer success to drive retailer decision-making.
Type: Full-time, salaried employment
Location: Remote, United Kingdom only.
Salary Range: £90,000 - £105,000 + stock options.
Who We Are
Focal Systems is the industry leader in retail AI solutions. We are headquartered in San Francisco, California with operations in Canada and the UK, and a tech-hub in Poland. We are a Deep Learning first company. Our mission is to automate and optimize brick and mortar retail using deep learning computer vision. Focal Systems has been deployed at scale with some of the top retailers in the world.
We seek smart, creative and passionate people who want to help build a great and enduring company and deploy Deep Learning to the world!
What You Will Be Responsible For
As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of how data is processed at Focal, and shape what that path becomes: from the imports that bring a retailer’s planograms, inventory and store metadata into our platform, through the pipelines that turn them into signal, to the metrics and reports their head office acts on. You will work with data engineering, data scientists, analytics, customer success and the retailers themselves. What you build are data products, and the measure of one is what a retailer does differently because of it.
This is a hands-on role. You will set direction and priorities as we roll out to hundreds of new stores, but you are also expected to know the systems well enough to be a partner in an engineering design conversation, pull your own numbers when something looks wrong, and hold a strong position in the discussions with customers.

Meeting Tomorrow is a 23-year-old company with a growing team of 90 talented, friendly people. We’re headquartered in Chicago, with about 80% of our team working remotely in cities across the country.
We are a full-service event agency with three core divisions: planning, production, and creative. We plan and produce corporate events of every shape and size, partnering with clients that include Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations across a wide array of industries.
We’re known for our exceptional customer experience, our collaborative culture, and our can-do spirit. Our culture has earned us recognition as a Top 20 Inspiring Workplace in North America, as well as the Events Industry Council’s Social Impact Award. We offer great benefits, the best coworkers you’ll find anywhere, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. We can’t wait to meet you!
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Strategic Account Director (SAD) to aggressively expand our Event Production footprint within Fortune 5000 companies. This pure Business Development position is for a hunter who thrives on building a book of business from scratch, as this role will not get any inbound opportunities.
You will drive our growth by targeting and securing $1M+ opportunities with brands that have multiple events throughout the year. You are the bridge between a client’s wildest creative vision and our technical production reality. You will guide a cross-functional team of Producers, Technical Directors, and Logistics experts to build multi-million dollar event programs.
SAD’s are successful in this role when they find clients who execute multiple events throughout the year, in a variety of locations around the globe, and Meeting Tomorrow can be their dedicated events partner in planning, creative, and production. This person is in front of clients all the time and can expect up to 30% of their time is traveling.
The Mission:

• Outbounding: You will build your pipeline through your own strategic outreach, industry networking, and deep-rooted relationships. We are looking for a track record of success built on zero inbound leads.
• Strategic Hunting: You don’t just sell services; you sell solutions. You understand the internal politics and needs of your client’s organizations and can navigate complex decision-making hierarchies.
• Presence: You are “in the field” and in front of clients constantly. Expect at least 30% travel to build relationships, man booths attend industry events, and close deals in person.
What You Are Responsible For:
• Closing Deals: This is the priority. You qualify, pitch, and close multi-million dollar event programs.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: From the first “cold” touch to negotiating contracts and ensuring the first execution is flawless.
• Pipeline Engineering: Constantly hunting for clients with global needs and high-frequency event calendars.
• Relationship Architecture: Building personal and professional bonds with top-tier meeting planners and C-suite stakeholders.
What We Need:
• Proven Track Record: You have built a book of business from the ground up and have a history of managing $10M+ in lifetime event revenue across a diverse client list.
• Agency Veteran: At least 5+ years of Event Industry experience. We prefer agency-side experience over AV-only hardware sales.
• Relationships established: Established, high-level relationships within our target sectors (Pharma, FinServ, Tech and Consulting).
• Strategic Acumen: You know how to map a client’s business goals to a technical production reality.
• Grit & Initiative: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify the target and go after it.
What We Offer:
• True Autonomy: You have the freedom to bring in business through your own creative lens.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: We pay competitively, and for a hunter who hits their numbers, there is no limit to what you can earn.
• A High-Performance Culture: You’ll be supported by technical masterminds (Production Managers) and logistics experts (Project Managers) who ensure that once you close the deal, the execution is world-class.
• A Tight-Knit Team: We are a collaborative group of 90 pros

Senior full-stack engineer builds and scales internal tools for operational teams using AI-assisted development workflows across React, NestJS, and data integrations.
Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we’re a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.
We don’t just use AI. We build with it, ship with it, and think with it. With a generous budget for tokens, our engineers use AI agents to write, review, and ship production code every day. We are building toward a world where humans design systems and AI builds them, and we are already far along that path.
We are looking for a hungry, highly autonomous Staff or Senior level Product Engineer to help and scale our internal tools. The Internal Tools team is the operational engine of Luxury Presence. Your customers are our own people: Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and fellow engineering teams. If an internal team needs a tool to move faster, automate a bottleneck, or serve our clients better, you will build it or support the architecture to make it happen.
This role requires a true “10x engineer” who leverages AI development workflows (like Claude Code and Orca) to ship high-quality code at an unprecedented pace. You will be touching everything from complex UI dashboards in React to background job processing in NestJS, and deeply integrating it with our core data ecosystem.

Design and operate highly performant backend APIs and distributed systems at scale, balancing reliability, latency, and cost while maintaining SLOs and on-call responsibilities.
Fingerprint empowers enterprises to detect and stop online fraud with the world’s most accurate device intelligence. We lead our industry with bleeding-edge identification capabilities and work on turning new ideas and discoveries in the fraud detection space into reality. Our customers range from innovative startups to leading enterprise companies, including Plaid, Dropbox, and Booking.com.
Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company. We were named on on the 2026 Forbes Best Startup Employers list and ranked #803 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help build and operate the end-to-end fraud detection systems behind our Core APIs. Your primary responsibility will be building highly performant backend systems and keeping them reliable at scale. This is a hybrid backend/SRE role: you’ll write the services and you’ll own how they behave in production.
This role requires strong experience in backend software development, particularly API development and scaling existing systems in both Go and Node.js, paired with a genuine interest in reliability engineering. You’ll design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems, maintain their SLOs, and take ownership of features from concept through deployment and steady-state operation.

Fingerprint strives to foster an environment where our employees feel respected, valued and empowered, and our team members are at the forefront in helping us promote and sustain an inclusive workplace. We highly encourage people from underrepresented groups in tech to apply.
If you are applying as a resident of California, please read our CCPA notice here.
If you are applying as a resident of the EU, please read our GDPR notice here.
**We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates’ personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Fingerprint recruiting email communications will always come from the @fingerprint.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.

Who We Are
Focal Systems is the industry leader in retail AI solutions.
