You help design, implement, and scale data and AI solutions, focusing on architecture, operational excellence, and customer enablement. Internally, you will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform in your customers.

Delivery Solutions Architects (DSAs) are trusted technical advisors embedded within the customer organization, providing expert guidance that translates data and AI challenges into high-impact business value. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization.

The impact you will have:

  • Be the internal point of contact for any questions related to production/go live status of agreed upon use cases within an account, often for multiple use cases within the largest and most complex organizations
  • Leverage both Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services and Support resources, along with escalating to expert-level technical teams to address the tasks that are beyond your scope of activities or expertise
  • Create  and execute a point-of-view as to how key use cases can be accelerated into production, coordinating with Professional Services (PS) resources on the delivery of PS Engagement proposals
  • Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product Innovations, private previews and upgrade needs, presenting them to the customers when applicable for their ongoing developments

  • Technical program coordination including account and stakeholder management

Marketing Senior Google Ads Buyer, DTC eCommerce (Remote) at Sweat Pants Agency

Senior paid media strategist who owns Google Ads accounts end-to-end, manages client relationships, and optimizes for incremental ROAS across the entire eCommerce funnel.

Senior Remote Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked.

That is the whole job.

Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your client’s name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business.

So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a client’s face.

At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero.

Google is where we are putting our next round of growth. You would own a set of those accounts end to end.

Here is what “end to end” actually means.

You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody else’s summary of your result.

You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the client’s Shopify theme.

You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number.

You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the client’s point of contact and there is nobody else to cover it. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output.

If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast.

If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading.

What the job looks like

  • Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
  • Own the client relationship. There is no account manager between you and them. You present the results, the plan, and the reasoning, and you are the one who answers when something is not working.
  • Audit before you touch anything. Every account we take over gets a real review first: campaign and ad group structure, keywords versus search terms, negatives, bidding strategy per campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking. Then a Loom walking the client through what you found. That Loom is how we sell and it is how we keep people.
  • Run brand and non brand as different businesses. Brand is mostly assisted conversion and it usually belongs on target impression share, not target CPA. Non brand is where the growth is and where the waste is. Report them separately or you are reporting nothing.
  • Know what PMax is actually doing. The most common mistake we see is optimizing PMax against an incremental CAC when half the volume inside it is branded. If you cannot separate those two, you cannot set a target.
  • Keep Google’s automation on a leash. Auto applied recommendations, auto applied assets, and auto created sitelinks have cost our clients real money. We audit for them on a schedule.
  • Own the feed. Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions, and what the feed does to Shopping and PMax delivery.
  • Own the tracking. GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports versus a raw Google Ads tag, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports for the lead gen accounts. When the numbers do not reconcile, you are the one who finds out why.
  • Diagnose the bottleneck, then go fix it. Creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking. Nobody is going to reassign it to another team.
  • Build the things the account needs. Landing pages, scripts, reporting, whatever removes the constraint. We are heavy AI users and we expect you to build, not just prompt.

You are a fit if

  • You have done this with real money. Hands on Google Ads at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them. Shopping and PMax specifically, not just search.
  • You are fluent in the whole stack, not one campaign type. Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM. Bing is a nice to have.
  • You are AI native, and you build. This is a requirement, not a bonus. You should already be using Claude or equivalent as a working tool rather than a novelty, and you should be able to build and ship a landing page with it.
  • You can communicate your ideas in English at a native or near native level. You will be in front of clients constantly with nobody in between. You need to explain your thinking clearly, sell an idea on its merits, push back when a client is about to force the account into mediocrity, and raise a problem before it becomes a fire. This matters as much as anything else on this list.
  • You are skeptical of your own numbers. You would rather run the holdout than protect the dashboard.
  • You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls. Where you live is up to you.
  • Bonus: you have built or operated your own Shopify store, or you have run Meta at spend too.

You are not a fit if

  • “That was not my role” is in your vocabulary. It is the fastest way to end an interview here. If the feed was the problem on an account you ran, you should have done something about the feed.
  • You want to be told what to do this week.
  • You need a ticketing system to know what matters.
  • You quote blended ROAS as if it settles the question.

Why this role is exciting

This is not a maintenance job. Google is where we are putting our next round of growth, and you would have real influence over how we run it.

You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.

You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident.

You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.

Data Analytics Senior Analytics Engineer at Clarify Health Solutions

Senior Analytics Engineer owns data methodology, pipeline development, and validation for healthcare claims analytics that power customer-facing metrics.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Clarify is an outcomes company. We partner with 60+ health systems to do the work that most analytics vendors walk away from. Across 900 million annual referrals and $1 trillion in downstream spending, we identify where mission and margin are falling out of alignment, and then we embed with the people who can change it: the liaison in the field, the contract negotiator at the table, the service line leader running the plan.

We bring the most complete picture of care economics in healthcare. 300 million patient journeys. 5.6 trillion price transparency rates. Episode-level quality across every major payer contract. Clarify Meridian puts that picture to work at the point of every decision. But the picture is not what we deliver. The outcomes are.

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the analytics behind the metrics customers see. This role will advance the technology that groups Clarify’s standardized healthcare claims into units of analysis such as patient years, surgical episodes, and referral relationships, then them into the metrics and categories the products run on. Every metric traces back to a grouping someone on this team defined, populated, and validated.

You will own pieces of that layer from pipeline development, QA and test coverage, and promotion into production. Feature requests arrive from product and customer-facing teams, and you will scope them, write the logic, and validate the result.

This is a hands-on role that is an ideal fit for an analyst who knows healthcare data, understands what the codes on a claim represent, and treats a wrong number as their own problem. SQL is the daily tool, and the scripting and pipeline tooling can be picked up here.

The role

The Senior Analytics Engineer will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

Own the data methodology

  1. Carry derived data points through from development through QA into production, including the logic that defines them and the tests each one has to pass before they are consumed downstream.
  2. Write the data methodology and logic customers ultimately see: episode triggers, provider attribution, cost standardization, and quality measure numerators, denominators, and exclusions.
  3. Manage and build upon Clarify’s reference data library. This spans physician and facility affiliation mappings, codesets and their derivative mappings (ICD, HCPCS, NDC, DRG, etc. and their mappings to service lines/higher level categories), geographical info, etc.

Validate the numbers

  1. Prove a number before anyone else has to, using reconciliation SQL, version-over-version comparisons that show what moved, and impact analysis run before a logic change ships.
  2. Turn one-off QA into standing coverage: the data tests, the comparisons against a known-good baseline rather than the previous run, and the completeness thresholds that have to pass before data reaches a customer.
  3. Run the data refresh and delivery cadence for customer environments once ingestion is complete, working test failures to root cause with engineering and handing off validated groupings to data science and product.

Turn requests into delivered analytics

  1. Scope feature requests from product, clinical informatics, and customer teams, write the specification and acceptance criteria, decide what you do yourself and what goes to an engineer, and follow it to release.
  2. Settle methodology that crosses teams, including attribution logic, referral definitions, and provider reference data, where data quality, run time, and scope get traded against each other.
  3. Hold AI-assisted tooling to the same standard as your own work. Clarify uses agentic tooling for data sourcing, specification drafting, and triage, and this role checks generated output against source data and sets the review it has to pass.

What we are looking for

We are always looking for new team members who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Senior Analytics Engineer will have:

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent practical experience
  2. Five or more years in data analysis, healthcare analytics, or a comparable data-heavy role
  3. Advanced SQL. You query large datasets without help, build a metric from raw source records, define its grain, and defend every value in it
  4. Experience in the AWS ecosystem, experience with industry-leading AI models, especially in their use for code development
  5. Working knowledge of healthcare data and the context around it, such as claims, provider, or network data, and what the codes on a claim represent
  6. Experience with data in a production setting, where tables refresh on a schedule, other teams depend on your output, and changes move through QA before release
  7. Clear writing. Specifications, acceptance criteria, and decision records an engineer can act on and an auditor can follow six months later

Personal Attributes

  1. A high bar and the work ethic to hold it. You do whatever it takes to get there — chasing down the missing answer, filling the gap no one owns, staying with it until it is right. You expect the same standard from the work around you.
  2. Ownership mindset. You treat the components you own as yours, and you carry a problem to its outcome rather than handing it off halfway.
  3. Comfort with ambiguity. The problems may be clear but not yet well defined. You make a reasonable call, state your assumptions, and keep moving.
  4. A bias toward action. You are a doer. When something needs to be built, validated, or unblocked, you go do it, and you prototype your way to an answer.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Depth in a healthcare domain such as episode grouping, risk adjustment, quality measurement, or provider and network reference data, including CMS or NCQA measure specifications, clinical value sets, or standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12
  2. BI and dashboarding tools, and a record of explaining an analysis to an audience that does not work in the data
  3. Recurring data quality checks you set up yourself rather than one-off validations
  4. Python/Pyspark experience

What we offer you

  • Competitive compensation (base + bonus + equity)
  • Quality health insurance
  • Traditional 401K plan
  • Vision, dental, disability and life insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts and Commuter Benefits
  • Generous PTO
  • Flexibility
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
  • Remote friendly
  • A collaborative workplace, which will challenge you and celebrate your work
  • A chance to learn with and from interesting and enthusiastic colleagues

$142,000 - $167,000 a year

Don’t meet every single requirement? At Clarify we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!

We believe that a happy, diverse, and impact-driven team is critical to our mission of transforming healthcare. Having a diverse team allows us to bring more ideas to the table when working on lighting the path to higher-value care. We embrace employees and applicants of all backgrounds, including those of traditionally underrepresented groups. With this in mind, we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Product Senior Product Manager at Clarify Health Solutions

Senior Product Manager owns software components from concept through release, managing quality gates, QA, and cross-functional alignment for a healthcare analytics platform.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Clarify is an outcomes company. We partner with 60+ health systems to do the work that most analytics vendors walk away from. Across 900 million annual referrals and $1 trillion in downstream spending, we identify where mission and margin are falling out of alignment, and then we embed with the people who can change it: the liaison in the field, the contract negotiator at the table, the service line leader running the plan.

Clarify Meridian puts that picture to work at the point of every decision. But the picture is not what we deliver. The outcomes are.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who owns components of Clarify’s Meridian software and carries each one from concept through build, validation, and release, running the QA and analytics that decide whether a new capability ships and whether the software already in customers’ hands keeps working.

This is a hands-on role for a product builder who is analytical, technical enough to prototype and validate, and energized by shipping software that customers rely on.

The role

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

  • Take features from prototype through release, using AI-enabled coding to build and working with engineering to refine and deploy.
  • Own the quality bar for net-new capabilities, including regression testing and release gates. When bugs surface, own them to resolution: triage severity, drive the fix, and confirm it before release.
  • Translate product strategy and vision into clear methodologies and standards that guide engineering decisions and execution.
  • Act as the commercial and customer team’s product partner — sharing roadmap, writing release notes, demoing the product, answering questions, and prioritizing bug fixes.
  • Keep existing capabilities dependable release over release, investigating issues and validating fixes for customers already on the platform.
  • Write the specifications and acceptance criteria for the components you own, effectively communicating a defined concept so that it can be built against.
  • Partner across engineering, analytics, and clinical informatics to align on methodology and resolve tradeoffs among data quality, speed, and scope.

What we are looking for

We are always looking for new team members who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Senior Product Manager will have:

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years in product management, product analytics, or a comparable technical role.
  • Analytical fluency and direct comfort in data. You can interrogate a dataset, QA a metric, and defend a number without waiting on an analyst to pull it.
  • Technical aptitude and a builder’s instinct. Coding is not required. You have prototyped or built product and can work with engineering on how something gets built, not only what.
  • Clear writing and speaking, including specifications engineering can execute against.
  • Experience prototyping/building with AI tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent practical experience

Personal Attributes

  • A high bar and the work ethic to hold it. You do whatever it takes to get there — chasing down the missing answer, filling the gap no one owns, staying with it until it is right. You expect the same standard from the work around you.
  • Ownership mindset. You treat the components you own as yours, and you carry a problem to its outcome rather than handing it off halfway.

  • A bias toward action. You are a doer. When something needs to be built, validated, or unblocked, you go do it, and you prototype your way to an answer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare background strongly preferred. Familiarity with strategic and operational aspects of health systems that directly inform what we build. Experience with claims, provider or network data, or payer and provider workflows lets you contribute sooner.
  • Work on LLM-driven or AI-assisted features, including evaluating and validating generated output.

What we offer you

  • Competitive compensation (base + bonus + equity)
  • Quality health insurance
  • Traditional 401K plan
  • Vision, dental, disability and life insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts and Commuter Benefits
  • Generous PTO
  • Flexibility
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
  • Remote friendly
  • A collaborative workplace, which will challenge you and celebrate your work

Research Staff Applied Scientist - Metalab at KoBold Metals

Develops AI models, sensors, and scientific computing methods to predict ore deposits and guide mineral exploration programs.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the company:

The mining industry has steadily become worse at finding new ore deposits, requiring >10X more capital to make discoveries compared to 30 years ago. The easy-to-find, near-surface deposits have largely been found, and the industry has chronically under-invested in new exploration technology, relying on the manual techniques of yesteryear – even as demand accelerates for copper, lithium, and other metals to build electric vehicles, renewable energy, and data centers.

KoBold builds AI models for mineral exploration and deploys those models—alongside our novel sensors—to guide decisions on KoBold-owned-and-operated exploration programs. Since our founding in 2018, KoBold has become by far both the largest independent mineral exploration company and the largest exploration technology developer. Our data scientists and software engineers, who come from leading technology companies, jointly lead exploration programs with our renowned exploration geologists.

KoBold has proven its first discovery with materially less capital than the industry average and found one of the best copper deposits ever discovered: the copper is far more concentrated than the global average of copper mines, and this asset alone is expected to generate meaningful revenue for decades. KoBold has a portfolio of more than 60 other projects, each of which has the potential for another high-quality discovery.

KoBold is privately held; investors include institutional asset managers T. Rowe Rice and Canada Pension Plan Investments; technology venture capitalists Andreessen Horowitz, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, BOND Capital, and Standard Investments; and natural resources companies Equinor, BHP, and Mitsubishi.

About The Role:

In this role, you will develop state of the art instruments to collect data to guide our exploration programs. You will simulate, characterize, and calibrate sensor performance and design new data acquisition systems. Working with vendors and partners, you will build hardware and work with our operations staff to deploy it in the field.

With this sensor data and other data sources at KoBold, you will build models and apply a wide range of scientific computing, statistical, and physics-based methods to find places where there is evidence of ore-forming processes at work and to predict the locations of ore-grade mineralization in 2D and 3D. You will help build a worldwide dataset that underlies our exploration program, with careful attention to identifying and quantifying uncertainty in the data and in our predictions. You will be creating models and developing software to accelerate discovery of critical battery metals.

You will join an outstanding team of data scientists and engineers and will work closely with KoBold’s world-renowned geoscientists to incorporate our best understanding of the chemical and physical processes that create ore deposits. Working with your geoscience colleagues, you will identify new opportunities and technologies for geophysical data collection, create 2D and 3D geologic predictions, identify exploration targets, design field programs to collect data, and use that data to reduce the uncertainty in our predictions and guide the next phase of field work.

Ultimately, your role is to help KoBold make valuable discoveries by building and deploying next generation hardware and using data tools to solve scientific problems. As one of the early members of this team, you will help build these tools from the ground up.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Technical execution

  • Design, develop, and deploy new mineral exploration data collection instruments and methods.
  • Help develop KoBold’s proprietary software exploration tools.
  • Find and curate a wide variety of geospectral, geophysical, geochemical, geologic, and geographic data and integrate it into KoBold’s proprietary data system.

Operations Senior Manager, Intake at EvenUp

Senior manager oversees high-volume intake operations across in-house and outsourced teams, managing performance, vendor relationships, staffing, and quality across multiple sites.

Senior Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

Intake is the first point of contact for injured claimants and the engine that converts inbound leads into signed clients. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Intake to own the performance, scale, and quality of a large, distributed intake operation that spans in-house staff and nearshore/BPO partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has run high-volume intake or contact-center teams at scale, knows how to get the most out of outsourced and nearshore vendors, and is fluent in the systems and technology that keep a modern intake operation running. You’ll be measured on speed, conversion, quality, and client experience, and you’ll have the mandate to redesign process and tooling to move all four.

What You’ll Do

Lead the intake operation

  • Manage a large, multi-site intake team (in-house and remote), including team leads, supervisors, and intake specialists across time zones.

  • Own daily service levels, staffing coverage, and schedule adherence across a high-volume, extended-hours (often 24⁄7) operation.

  • Coach and develop supervisors; build career paths, performance plans, and a culture of accountability and empathy toward injured clients.

Manage nearshore / BPO partnerships

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with nearshore and BPO vendors, defining SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards, and holding partners accountable to them.

  • Lead vendor selection, onboarding, ramp planning, and capacity forecasting; partner on hiring profiles, training curricula, and quality calibration.

  • Manage bilingual (English/Spanish) intake coverage and ensure consistent quality and compliance across all sites, regardless of location or vendor.

  • Conduct regular business reviews (WBRs/QBRs) and drive continuous improvement on cost-per-signed-case and conversion.

Own performance and metrics

  • Define, track, and improve core intake KPIs: speed-to-lead, contact and connect rates, lead-to-retainer conversion, sign-up/retention rate, abandonment, and quality/QA scores.

  • Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, funnel drop-off, and vendor performance.

  • Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and run experiments to lift conversion and reduce time-to-sign.

Own the systems and process

  • Serve as the operational owner of the intake tech stack, CRM/case-management, lead management and routing, telephony/dialer, e-signature, and workforce-management tools.

  • Design and document intake workflows, call scripts, screening criteria, disqualification logic, lead routing, and follow-up cadences.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to configure and optimize systems, automate manual steps, and ensure clean data flow from first contact through signed retainer.

  • Build and maintain a QA/call-monitoring program with scorecards, calibration sessions, and coaching feedback loops.

Partner cross-functionally

  • Work closely with Marketing on lead quality, source performance, and speed-to-lead handoffs.

  • Coordinate with Case Management / Legal on clean case handoffs, sign-up packets, and documentation standards.

  • Ensure the operation stays compliant with applicable rules on client solicitation, consent, call recording, and data privacy.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of intake, contact-center, or client-services operations experience, including 3+ years managing large teams (typically 30+ agents directly or through supervisors).

  • Personal injury, mass tort, or legal-services intake experience.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience managing bilingual/LATAM nearshore operations.

  • Direct experience managing nearshore and/or BPO/outsourced teams, including SLA definition, vendor management, scorecards, and capacity/ramp planning.

  • Proven track record managing large remote/distributed teams and hitting service levels across multiple sites and time zones.

  • Working command of the systems that govern an intake operation, CRM / case-management platforms (e.g., Litify, Salesforce, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Lead Docket), dialers/telephony (e.g., Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, Twilio), lead-routing, e-signature, and workforce-management tooling.

  • Fluency with intake/contact-center metrics and the ability to turn data into action.

  • Strong people-leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)

Notice to Candidates:

To ensure fairness and proper consideration, we do not accept resumes or expressions of interest via email or social media messages. If you’re interested in a role, please submit your application directly through our careers page .

Please note that EvenUp may use AI notetakers and other recording devices in the recruiting process. If you interview with us, with your consent, we may record your conversations and summarize them into notes for internal use. Recording is optional, and declining will not affect your candidacy.

Engineer Senior Data Engineer at Jump

Senior Data Engineer builds and maintains ELT pipelines, dbt models, and data infrastructure on Snowflake to support analytics and product across Jump's sports platform.

Senior Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Company

Jump is transforming the live sports experience with the only end-to-end fan engagement platform built specifically for sports teams and venues. By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game day operations - creating a smoother, more fan-friendly experience. Jump was founded by e-commerce innovator Marc Lore, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, and entrepreneur Jordy Leiser. We’re backed by top investors including Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six and Forerunner Ventures.

Our platform powers teams across the NBA, WNBA, and NWSL among other leagues, helping them boost ticket sales and deliver innovative fan experiences. We’re a remote-first team driven by core values - begin and build with trust, play like the underdog, win as a team, and do your thing. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to shape the future of live sports, Jump is the place for you.

The Role

Jump is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our nimble Data team, where you’ll help build and evolve the data platform that powers the company. You’ll own the reliability and performance of our Snowflake and dbt-powered stack, building the pipelines and models that make data trustworthy and usable across Jump - from internal dashboards to client-facing products. As we create and iterate on agentic functionality across our product, you’ll help shape how Jump builds on and leverages its data foundation. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role spanning data platform, analytics engineering, and data infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack, solving problems end-to-end while helping shape the architecture and data practices that will support Jump as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain ELT pipelines that turn raw data into modular, well-tested dbt models inside Snowflake

  • Design and maintain reliable data orchestration and workflows as the platform grows in complexity

  • Write and maintain dbt tests that catch issues before they reach a critical point

  • Document models and sources so the meaning of our data is discoverable

  • Build monitoring and alerting that surfaces pipeline failures and data anomalies before anyone has to ask

  • Optimize Snowflake table design and materialization strategy to keep performance high and costs in check as data volume grows

  • Help evolve Snowflake access controls and governance, keeping roles, grants, and security aligned with organizational standards

  • Dig into what internal teams and external clients actually need from our data, not just what they ask for

  • Bring a strong engineering discipline to data work; version control, CI/CD, code review

  • Build the data infrastructure and governance needed to support new AI/ML use cases, including reliable access to high-quality, well-understood data

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of data engineering experience

  • Ability to independently own complex data systems from design through production and make sound architectural tradeoffs

  • Strong product and stakeholder instincts - you can translate ambiguous business needs into durable data solutions

  • Deep, production-grade SQL and Snowflake expertise

  • Deep experience with dbt, including testing, documentation, dependencies, and deployment

  • Software engineering discipline — Git-based version control, CI/CD for data pipelines, and strong Python skills for building data pipelines, orchestration, and custom transformations

  • A track record of building testing, monitoring, and alerting into pipelines before something breaks, not after

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with BI/analytics tools, ideally Sigma

  • Experience with orchestration and workflow tooling

  • Depth with cloud platforms

  • Exposure to supporting ML/AI pipelines or streaming and real-time data

Attributes that will make you successful on our team

  • A strong desire to learn. You are curious and willing to dive deep to become a subject matter expert in our domain

  • Tenacity. You enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and you aren’t afraid of failing fast in order to find better solutions.

  • Passion. You love using your skills to solve real problems. You hold yourself to a high standard and help to elevate others as well.

  • Empathy. You thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. You understand that our differing life experiences influence who we are and how we show up, and these diverse perspectives enrich both our team and our product.

  • Customer-centric mindset. You put customers at the heart of everything they do, striving to understand their needs and exceed their expectations

  • Innovation: Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation

Benefits

  • Remote first

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flex PTO policy

  • 401(k)

  • Generous medical, dental and vision plans

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers

  • $1,000 reimbursement for work-from-home tech setup

  • $1,000 reimbursement for learning and development

  • Company-paid sustainability subscription to ensure carbon neutrality is maintained for employee activities, such as travel

Compensation

Compensation is something we don’t want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenants of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency. We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor. The compensation for this role is $190,000-$210,000 and includes a generous equity package.

Application

Some candidates may see the requirements and feel unsure that they match all the criteria. We encourage you to apply! There’s a good chance you have important skills that we have not stated. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, nonbinary folx, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, veterans, and people with disabilities. We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self and thrive, and we value the diversity brought by different life experiences.
