This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. Senior paid media strategist who owns Google Ads accounts end-to-end, manages client relationships, and optimizes for incremental ROAS across the entire eCommerce funnel.
Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked.
That is the whole job.
Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your clientâs name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business.
So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a clientâs face.
At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero.
Google is where we are putting our next round of growth. You would own a set of those accounts end to end.
Here is what âend to endâ actually means.
You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody elseâs summary of your result.
You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the clientâs Shopify theme.
You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number.
You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the clientâs point of contact and there is nobody else to cover it. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output.
If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast.
If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading.
What the job looks like
You are a fit if
You are not a fit if
Why this role is exciting
This is not a maintenance job. Google is where we are putting our next round of growth, and you would have real influence over how we run it.
You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.
You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident.
You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.

Senior Analytics Engineer owns data methodology, pipeline development, and validation for healthcare claims analytics that power customer-facing metrics.
Clarify is an outcomes company. We partner with 60+ health systems to do the work that most analytics vendors walk away from. Across 900 million annual referrals and $1 trillion in downstream spending, we identify where mission and margin are falling out of alignment, and then we embed with the people who can change it: the liaison in the field, the contract negotiator at the table, the service line leader running the plan.
We bring the most complete picture of care economics in healthcare. 300 million patient journeys. 5.6 trillion price transparency rates. Episode-level quality across every major payer contract. Clarify Meridian puts that picture to work at the point of every decision. But the picture is not what we deliver. The outcomes are.
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the analytics behind the metrics customers see. This role will advance the technology that groups Clarifyâs standardized healthcare claims into units of analysis such as patient years, surgical episodes, and referral relationships, then them into the metrics and categories the products run on. Every metric traces back to a grouping someone on this team defined, populated, and validated.
You will own pieces of that layer from pipeline development, QA and test coverage, and promotion into production. Feature requests arrive from product and customer-facing teams, and you will scope them, write the logic, and validate the result.
This is a hands-on role that is an ideal fit for an analyst who knows healthcare data, understands what the codes on a claim represent, and treats a wrong number as their own problem. SQL is the daily tool, and the scripting and pipeline tooling can be picked up here.
The Senior Analytics Engineer will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
Own the data methodology
Validate the numbers
Turn requests into delivered analytics
We are always looking for new team members who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Senior Analytics Engineer will have:

We embrace employees and applicants of all backgrounds, including those of traditionally underrepresented groups. With this in mind, we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.

Develops AI models, sensors, and scientific computing methods to predict ore deposits and guide mineral exploration programs.
About the company:
The mining industry has steadily become worse at finding new ore deposits, requiring >10X more capital to make discoveries compared to 30 years ago. The easy-to-find, near-surface deposits have largely been found, and the industry has chronically under-invested in new exploration technology, relying on the manual techniques of yesteryear â even as demand accelerates for copper, lithium, and other metals to build electric vehicles, renewable energy, and data centers.
KoBold builds AI models for mineral exploration and deploys those modelsâalongside our novel sensorsâto guide decisions on KoBold-owned-and-operated exploration programs. Since our founding in 2018, KoBold has become by far both the largest independent mineral exploration company and the largest exploration technology developer. Our data scientists and software engineers, who come from leading technology companies, jointly lead exploration programs with our renowned exploration geologists.
KoBold has proven its first discovery with materially less capital than the industry average and found one of the best copper deposits ever discovered: the copper is far more concentrated than the global average of copper mines, and this asset alone is expected to generate meaningful revenue for decades. KoBold has a portfolio of more than 60 other projects, each of which has the potential for another high-quality discovery.
KoBold is privately held; investors include institutional asset managers T. Rowe Rice and Canada Pension Plan Investments; technology venture capitalists Andreessen Horowitz, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, BOND Capital, and Standard Investments; and natural resources companies Equinor, BHP, and Mitsubishi.
About The Role:
In this role, you will develop state of the art instruments to collect data to guide our exploration programs. You will simulate, characterize, and calibrate sensor performance and design new data acquisition systems. Working with vendors and partners, you will build hardware and work with our operations staff to deploy it in the field.
With this sensor data and other data sources at KoBold, you will build models and apply a wide range of scientific computing, statistical, and physics-based methods to find places where there is evidence of ore-forming processes at work and to predict the locations of ore-grade mineralization in 2D and 3D. You will help build a worldwide dataset that underlies our exploration program, with careful attention to identifying and quantifying uncertainty in the data and in our predictions. You will be creating models and developing software to accelerate discovery of critical battery metals.
You will join an outstanding team of data scientists and engineers and will work closely with KoBoldâs world-renowned geoscientists to incorporate our best understanding of the chemical and physical processes that create ore deposits. Working with your geoscience colleagues, you will identify new opportunities and technologies for geophysical data collection, create 2D and 3D geologic predictions, identify exploration targets, design field programs to collect data, and use that data to reduce the uncertainty in our predictions and guide the next phase of field work.
Ultimately, your role is to help KoBold make valuable discoveries by building and deploying next generation hardware and using data tools to solve scientific problems. As one of the early members of this team, you will help build these tools from the ground up.

Intake is the first point of contact for injured claimants and the engine that converts inbound leads into signed clients. Weâre looking for a Senior Manager, Intake to own the performance, scale, and quality of a large, distributed intake operation that spans in-house staff and nearshore/BPO partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has run high-volume intake or contact-center teams at scale, knows how to get the most out of outsourced and nearshore vendors, and is fluent in the systems and technology that keep a modern intake operation running. Youâll be measured on speed, conversion, quality, and client experience, and youâll have the mandate to redesign process and tooling to move all four.
Lead the intake operation
Manage a large, multi-site intake team (in-house and remote), including team leads, supervisors, and intake specialists across time zones.
Own daily service levels, staffing coverage, and schedule adherence across a high-volume, extended-hours (often 24â7) operation.
Coach and develop supervisors; build career paths, performance plans, and a culture of accountability and empathy toward injured clients.
Manage nearshore / BPO partnerships
Own the day-to-day relationship with nearshore and BPO vendors, defining SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards, and holding partners accountable to them.
Lead vendor selection, onboarding, ramp planning, and capacity forecasting; partner on hiring profiles, training curricula, and quality calibration.
Manage bilingual (English/Spanish) intake coverage and ensure consistent quality and compliance across all sites, regardless of location or vendor.
Conduct regular business reviews (WBRs/QBRs) and drive continuous improvement on cost-per-signed-case and conversion.
Own performance and metrics
Define, track, and improve core intake KPIs: speed-to-lead, contact and connect rates, lead-to-retainer conversion, sign-up/retention rate, abandonment, and quality/QA scores.
Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, funnel drop-off, and vendor performance.
Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and run experiments to lift conversion and reduce time-to-sign.
Own the systems and process
Serve as the operational owner of the intake tech stack, CRM/case-management, lead management and routing, telephony/dialer, e-signature, and workforce-management tools.
Design and document intake workflows, call scripts, screening criteria, disqualification logic, lead routing, and follow-up cadences.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to configure and optimize systems, automate manual steps, and ensure clean data flow from first contact through signed retainer.
Build and maintain a QA/call-monitoring program with scorecards, calibration sessions, and coaching feedback loops.
Partner cross-functionally
Work closely with Marketing on lead quality, source performance, and speed-to-lead handoffs.
Coordinate with Case Management / Legal on clean case handoffs, sign-up packets, and documentation standards.
Ensure the operation stays compliant with applicable rules on client solicitation, consent, call recording, and data privacy.
6+ years of intake, contact-center, or client-services operations experience, including 3+ years managing large teams (typically 30+ agents directly or through supervisors).
Personal injury, mass tort, or legal-services intake experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience managing bilingual/LATAM nearshore operations.
Direct experience managing nearshore and/or BPO/outsourced teams, including SLA definition, vendor management, scorecards, and capacity/ramp planning.
Proven track record managing large remote/distributed teams and hitting service levels across multiple sites and time zones.
Working command of the systems that govern an intake operation, CRM / case-management platforms (e.g., Litify, Salesforce, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Lead Docket), dialers/telephony (e.g., Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, Twilio), lead-routing, e-signature, and workforce-management tooling.
Fluency with intake/contact-center metrics and the ability to turn data into action.
Strong people-leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
